I like that tenantcloud has everything under one roof. I can screen tenants, I can market vacancies, I can manage the properties, collect rent, and management maintenance under one solution. The payment processing isn't the best. It takes almost 7 days to receive money once a tenant pays. It also takes 7 days for owners to receive money once I send them the money. I think the payment processing time could be improved. Also, the maintenance screen is a little clunky.
