I find TeamSnap incredibly useful for organizing and coordinating with coaches and my son's baseball team. It really helps in scheduling baseball games and communicating with coaches. I enjoy being able to plan activities with other team members and streamline delegation of responsibilities. One of the features I appreciate is the ability to schedule out all of the games at the start of the season so every parent can see it. I also find it helpful to see parents' names along with their baseball player on the team and the instant update notifications. The initial setup was very easy, taking just five to ten minutes if you have all the necessary information. I'd even rate TeamSnap a nine out of ten for recommending it to others. I've been a middle and high school athletic director for 33 years. I come from the days of passing out paper schedules to the student/athletes. As everyone knows those schedules rarely made it home to the families or if miraculously they did end up in the parents hands, that wrinkled paper schedule was pulled from the bottom of a backpack. I was new to using TS in the fall of 2024-05. I was in a new AD position and the school was going to experiment with using TS for the first time. Initially I was frustrated with customer service. I would attempt to call TS with questions, but would receive very little help.
