Our favorite part of Team Engine has been the ability to text with our deskless employees. Being in a manufacturing environment, getting in front of our employees on the shop floor was difficult, but Team Engine's text, automation, and survey features have solved that problem. The communication tools & application process. We have experienced a significant increase in response time by staff when we started with Team Engine. We use the tool for payroll reminders, closures, surveys, trainings and much more! The application for employement is simple and easy to use for both the potential employee and hiring managers. Each hiring manager has different ways of communicating and so we are adjusting our texts out to candidates based on the site managers preferences. The managers all want to change the messages but they aren't customized for each site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of TeamEngine is how all applicant information can be stored in one place from the beginning of the hiring process to when they become employees. All applicants are funneled to one place which allows you to go through applicants efficiently and in a timely manner.
