As it's a large ERP system, even though it's structured, some tasks still take time to manage. For example, updating pricing details required extra manual effort and time as well. Also initial setup also took time because there are many configurations involved and understanding them also took a bit of time. When we went live the text to vote feature never worked. The online voting was intermittent. I attempted to reach tallyspace multiple times over the course of 3 days. I never received any response from them. Was forced to change all of my advertising on the fly and create a new website because I couldn't get any type of response from them. I would NEVER recommend.
