1. Easy to configure an account backup

2. Both the free and professional version allow for some sort of scheduling options

3. Allows me to export my files to various formats for easy import into other applications, e.g pst for outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SysTools Gmail Backup?

1. While simple to use, the user interface had some menu options which in my opinion should be easier to find

Carefully read the pre-requisite requirements on the website. certain features require the presence of other software to function properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SysTools Gmail Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

The application was downloaded at the tail end of a G-Suite trial, in which i needed to backup some user emails and subsequently import into outlook. This issue was presented due to pilot users being migrated to G-suite for said trail. Some users experienced issues with the setup which resulted in their G-suite emails not being synced with outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used this tool for very short time in Nationwide Immigration services but this tool really helps a lot for getting the back up from Gmail account, It is quite easy to use this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
