Was moving my business to systeme.io - and then they refused to let me change my sender email address without submitting tax documents.

This is not a joke - they really asked for more tax documentation than I needed to get the mortgage on my house.

Here is the insanity: I had already verified that domain with systeme.io by adding a bunch of DNS records.

And now they want my tax returns?!? To change the login email WITHIN THE SAME DOMAIN?!?

My issue is that most systems nowadays- consciously or unconsciously- are geared towards millenial and gen z (marketers). For everyone older the UI is only partially simple. For example the "sites" menu is not intuitive for me.
