What do you like best about Synoptek?

The team has stayed remarkably consistent during my time with them. This has enabled them to develop a level of expertise surrounding my business that makes it much easier for them to understand my sometimes very complex requirements, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synoptek?

Oftentimes they will deploy a "fix" for an issue we have in our product, but the fix does not actually correct the issue. The most basic QA on the production server would have caught that the issue was not, in fact, fixed. This can cause a day of delay since we are approx 11 hours apart and only overlap for a few hours each morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Synoptek?

Synoptek do have huge knowledge within Dataverse and Finance and Operations. If we would like to implement something new, and the developer doesn't know how to achieve, they do have so many inhouse developers which can then contribute for best approach.

Also, it might be that we did some kind of design, but based on their knowledge and also best-practice - they dare to challenge the design to make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Synoptek?

Unlike most IT / SaaS consultants, Synoptek is happy to provide ad-hoc support rather than a full managed service. This works much better for us as we have in-house developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Synoptek?

Synoptek is a great partner to work with. They have a large knowledge base and strong internal knowledge sharing, which means my designated consultant can always go back to their team and pull in the relevant expertise needed to solve challenges in the project. Synoptek feels like a real knowledge hub, and as a partner they are great to work with when it comes to scaling resources and bringing in the right expert knowledge whenever it’s needed. What do you dislike about Synoptek?

I do not have any complaints about Synoptek. The times where we have had a consultant not to our liking (either in terms of skill or personality), Synoptek have been quick to shift resources and ensure our needs are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Synoptek?

What I appreciate most is that they do what they say they'll do. That sounds simple, but in the IT services world, it's not a given. Timelines were respected, communication was consistent, and when something came up — because something always does — they handled it without drama. Our app development project stayed on track, and I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. That level of reliability builds a lot of trust over time. What do you dislike about Synoptek?

Nothing major. If I'm being honest, the early stages required more input from our side than we anticipated — more back-and-forth to get the context right.
