Also, it was listed on the leaders quadrant for a few years on the Gartner magic quadrant, and they had great support originally. **What do you dislike about Symantec End-user Endpoint Security?** The status syncing between the endpoint agent and the console can be severely delayed at times causing mismatched status. The technical support is also not so good, ever since the acquisition by Broadcom. **What problems is Symantec End-user Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Symantec End-user Endpoint Security for endpoint protection, online security, and identifying new unknown threats, solving my inability to view endpoint security insights and maintain a good security posture. ### 2. It was almost guaranteed that if something wastn working right that had to do with the internet or network connections, such as shared drives, that it would be the symantec install that was causing the problem. **What problems is Symantec End-user Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** it was installed to try to solve the problem of malware and virus attacks on our systems. we were having daily issues with bad actor websites and suspicious links in emails. ### 3. GUP can be configured to distribute bandwidth load.
