"Swiftlane Makes Building Access Simple, Reliable, and Convenient"
5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

Swiftlane has made everyday access to our building simple and reliable. I use it often to let in guests, receive packages, allow delivery drivers in, and manage building access without needing to be physically at the door. It’s been a major convenience and has made the whole process feel much smoother.

The app is intuitive and responsive, and it has worked consistently for me. I also like the clean interface and how straightforward it is to use, even for people who aren’t especially tech-savvy.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Swiftlane and haven’t run into any issues. It’s a dependable solution that has made building access noticeably more convenient for both residents and visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

There nothing really negative about the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Guest Access with Flexible PIN Codes"
4/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

Swiftlane makes it easy for friends to come visit at my apartment without me having to come down every time I need to let someone in. People are either able to call me at the call box, or enter a pin that I provide. I also like that you can make various pins, restricted by who can use them and when they can be used. This is useful when we want to give delivery drivers a one-time code or when I won’t be able to answer a call to let someone in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

The main problem I have had with Swiftlane is that the call box at the building has occasionally had issues, either by not loading anything or showing only the logo. This issue has come up probably about once to twice a month and persisted for anywhere from a few hours to a few days at a time. It’s annoying since it makes me have to go back out and reenter using a different door, but thankfully we have a few other modes of entry into the building.

I also don’t love that I’m forced to enroll in facial recognition software but I didn’t have any choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swiftlane Facial Recognition Unlock Works Great—even with a Mask"
5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

My favorite feature of Swiftlane is the facial recognition unlock system. It works remarkably well during tree pollen season, accurately identifying me even when I am wearing a KN95 mask to manage my severe allergies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

At certain times of day, reflected light shines directly into the Swiftlane camera. This glare creates a bright spot in the camera's Field of View (FOV), making it difficult for the system to see my face clearly. If my face overlaps with this overexposed area, the facial recognition function fails to trigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swiftlane Makes Secure Deliveries Easy with Anywhere Phone Door Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

The best feature is that I can open the door to my condo anywhere at any time from my phone. I live in an urban area, so this prevents deliveries from being left outside and stolen. I've had no delivery thefts since we adopted Swiftlane! The feature allowing me to issue and revoke individual PINS to guests is great too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

The facial recognition option is a little slow at times, but I believe that is not due to a problem with the software, it is because the unit is too far from our modem and has a weak signal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Intercom and Security System"
4/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

I really like how Swiftlane helps me easily access my building using facial recognition or a code. It's also great that it allows my friends or delivery packages to enter the building with one-time codes. This feature is particularly appreciated as it means I don't have to go down to let people in, and my packages can be securely brought to my door instead of being left outside. Setting up my individual profile was super easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

Sometimes it just goes offline unexpectedly, which might be my apartment issue instead of the service itself, but that can be frustrating. And then sometimes the visual recognition takes a while or doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Building Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

I find it really easy to get in and out of the building with Swiftlane since I can just have it scan my face, and I don't have to worry about bringing keys. It's also super convenient for handling deliveries; when there's a DoorDash or a package coming, they can just look me up, and I can buzz them in. I love that it makes it so easy to get people into the building by either looking them looking me up or providing them with one-time or reusable codes. I can handle everything from my phone without needing to go downstairs to let people in, and setting up Swiftlane was a breeze. I just needed the building code, and I was instantly able to use it to unlock the building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

Sometimes the facial recognition doesn't work, or the entry panel won't work, but that's very infrequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Innovative Access Solution with Reliable Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

I love how innovative and fit for the modern day Swiftlane is; it's pretty painless to set up and use in my day-to-day life. It works well for everyone, including my senior neighbors who use the code access option. One of my favorite features is the PIN codes, which allow me to set different codes for different services like DoorDash or Amazon, helping me track entries. I also appreciate the one-time codes for visitors. The Face ID feature is a lifesaver when my hands are full or I can't get to my phone or keys quickly. Using Swiftlane with Siri to enter my building is another convenience I enjoy. Overall, Swiftlane's reliability, combined with the ease of setup using the app and instructions, makes it a standout product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

Sometimes the panel isn't active, but I can usually wait for it to refresh, which takes about a minute or so. We still have a key fob for backup access just in case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Seamless Access Control with Swiftlane—and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

Swiftlane has been a great addition to our community. It's been easy to introduce to our residents. The system is modern, easy to use, and provides an added layer of security that both staff and residents appreciate. Guest access is smooth, the interface is intuitive, and the overall experience feels seamless and professional. Their support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. Highly recommend Swiftlane for any property looking to improve access control and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

One feature we would love to see implemented in the future is a 24-hour surveillance or monitoring option available to staff. This would serve as an added precautionary measure and further enhance safety and accountability within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Security, Great User Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swiftlane?

I love that Swiftlane calls my phone, allowing both my husband and me to have access. It's a keyless system that makes things so much easier with kids. I really appreciate that I can see who is calling first, it makes me feel safer to know whether it's a delivery driver or a family member buzzing. The setup was incredibly easy, taking like 5 minutes, and it has worked like a charm since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swiftlane?

Sometimes it takes a long time to recognize and buzz us in. It also doesn't work if the temperature is below 0. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
