"Dependable Cloud Platform with Excellent Scalability"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I really appreciate SurferCloud's stability and scalability. The platform's services perform consistently under heavy workloads, and scaling resources is straightforward, which is especially beneficial for responding quickly to changing operational demands. The stability gives us confidence that our services stay available and responsive, even during high demand or unexpected traffic spikes. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, with basic services like compute instances and storage being quick to configure, and the platform’s interface made the first deployment smooth. SurferCloud has become a dependable foundation for maintaining performance during peak usage while keeping infrastructure spending predictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

There are a few areas that could be enhanced in SurferCloud. Some configuration options for advanced scaling and networking could be more intuitive, especially for less experienced team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Efficient Cloud Management with SurferCloud"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I rely on SurferCloud to run and manage our online services in a flexible cloud environment. It allows me to deploy computing resources, handle data storage, and manage network traffic without the burden of maintaining physical infrastructure. Using SurferCloud has helped me streamline operations, improve system availability, and keep our cloud costs under control. What I like most about SurferCloud is its balance of performance, flexibility, and cost efficiency. The platform makes it easy to deploy and manage cloud resources while maintaining stable and reliable service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

SurferCloud meets most of our needs, there are areas that could be improved. Some advanced features require a learning curve, and clearer documentation or tutorials would help speed up onboarding. SurferCloud’s onboarding experience could be improved by offering more step-by-step guides tailored to different use cases, such as deploying applications, configuring security settings, or scaling resources. "Dependable Cloud Resource Management and Monitoring"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I like how SurferCloud supports our digital operations by letting us host internal and customer-facing systems and manage computing resources flexibly. It keeps everything centralized and helps us run operations more efficiently without heavy infrastructure management. I appreciate that it's dependable in everyday use, quietly running in the background without needing constant attention once set up. I value the cloud computing resources and monitoring tools, allowing us to adjust resources as needed and monitor system performance in real time to stay proactive. The initial setup was perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

Some advanced options are not immediately clear, and finding detailed explanations can take time. Some of the more advanced resource configuration and optimization settings require trial and error to fully understand their impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Scalability with Cost Efficiency"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I really appreciate SurferCloud's reliability and cost efficiency. It's easy to manage and scales smoothly, delivering stable performance even during traffic spikes. The load balancing feature really helps by distributing traffic evenly across servers, keeping our applications fast and preventing outages during peak usage. I also like the cloud computing flexibility, which allows us to scale resources as needed and only pay for what we use, so there's no need to invest in physical hardware. Plus, the strong security options, like DDoS protection and SSL encryption, reduce risks and simplify daily operations. It's reassuring to know our data is secure, which builds trust with our customers and allows us to focus on enhancing our products and services. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, with basic services like cloud servers and storage being easy to configure, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

The user interface can feel a bit complex for new users, and it takes some time for team members to fully understand all the available services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Content Optimization"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I love using SurferCloud for its Content Score feature, which is a game-changer for my team. We have stopped guessing and everything is data-driven now. Our clients' organic traffic has increased by over 60% in a year and they are thrilled about it. The clear checklist provided by SurferCloud is fantastic; it’s like having a senior SEO guiding us. Our first-page rankings have improved significantly. Plus, the editing rounds are more efficient because the first draft is already 80% complete. It's amazing how new hires can get up to speed faster, as it's like having an SEO trainer built into every document. The initial setup was very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

The competitor gap analysis is powerful, but honestly, it can overwhelm new hires. Took us a few weeks to get everyone comfortable. A simpler “beginner mode” would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Scalable Hosting for Resellers"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

As resale of hosting/VPS, SurferCloud has helped me keep organized. An intuitive dashboard enables easy control of client accounts, resource allocation, and performance monitoring – all from a single pane-of-glass. The up-time of my website has been great and that's something that's very important to me as a trust factor for my clients. "I also like the competitive pricing, which lets me sell value hosting and not have my margins eroded." The seamless support for WHMCS and other billing softwares saved me countless working hours, and it is worth every penny in the form of time saving! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

It’s a strong platform, but I’d like to see even more control over resource allocation for power users. Sometimes the help for some aspects could be more detailed, but your support has always been very fast to respond our doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for e-commerce and cross-border sales with space for improvements"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I’m a freelance virtual assistant with several e-commerce shops I was working with and SurferCloud has helped me work faster. By centralizing access to different marketplaces on one dashboard, the tool streamlines the inordinate amount of time spent of managing invoices and updating prices manually. Inventory synchronisation is spot on and I like the way it cuts down on listing errors when managing products accross regions. Their support is responsive, which is important for things like time-sensitive e-commerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

SurferCloud is fast but a bit more complex than anticipated to get our heads around. And a few features — bulk listing updates, for example — are less intuitive than they could be and require multiple clicks to accomplish simple tasks. I think the reporting dashboard is good, but I would love to see more flexibility for customization, which would allow me to give my clients better insights. Finally you experience some lag during the peak hours, and it's frustrating when a deadline arrive and everything is not running in smooth way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Proxy for SEO Freelancer"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

As an SEO Guy I often require both safe and location-based proxies for my keyword research, rank tracking, as well for competitor analysis. SurferCloud has been reliable for me. The proxies are fast, barely any of them are blocked, and the ip rotation is just flawless. I like that the set up is also easy — there’s no technical migraines, and I don’t waste time. It’s priced competitively, and as a freelancer I need something that is both value for money and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

For the most part SurferCloud has worked just fine for me, though I have sometimes experienced slow speeds at peak times. Customer service is helpful, but response times are a little slow with technology issues getting resolved. The dashboard is fairly difficult to navigate and just feels like second nature to me now. "Secure alternative to proxy I'm currently outsourcing a lot of work"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I'm a freelancer doing work that would here as "sensitive reputation management," so I need a solid, secure proxy/VPN to manage all of my clients without looking like a spammer/sockpuppetter/etc. SurferCloud has been a game-changer for me—it delivers reliable, fast connections with less drop time. The IP rotation is excellent; I can swap locations with ease for geography-specific research and account management. Its dashboard is simple, so it can be easy to control proxies even if you’re not that technical-oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

Though SurferCloudΓÇÖs overall offering is amazing, I sometimes notice a small latency when switching between the proxies. I can live with it, but if they can somehow speed up transitions there (there’s no deal there yet but work continues to make it happen) that would make it perfect. The pricing could also be made more flexible for freelancers without the need for enterprise-level plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
