The seamless support for WHMCS and other billing softwares saved me countless working hours, and it is worth every penny in the form of time saving! **What do you dislike about SurferCloud?** It’s a strong platform, but I’d like to see even more control over resource allocation for power users. Sometimes the help for some aspects could be more detailed, but your support has always been very fast to respond our doubts. **What problems is SurferCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to SurferCloud my hosting was a mess between a jumble of hosts and no soon I have finally got it all in one place it's saving me overhead and just makes life simpler. SurferCloud compiles everything into a reliable single platform that saves agencies the downtime hassle, and the client integration hassle. The built-in security benefits, (such as the ability to mitigate DDoS attacks and enable automated backups) lessens my exposure to the operational risks associated with my business, because all of that is done for me — (so I can spend more time building my business and less time debugging infrastructure). Inventory synchronisation is spot on and I like the way it cuts down on listing errors when managing products accross regions. Their support is responsive, which is important for things like time-sensitive e-commerce. **What do you dislike about SurferCloud?** SurferCloud is fast but a bit more complex than anticipated to get our heads around. And a few features — bulk listing updates, for example — are less intuitive than they could be and require multiple clicks to accomplish simple tasks. I think the reporting dashboard is good, but I would love to see more flexibility for customization, which would allow me to give my clients better insights. SurferCloud automates these tasks and minimising potential for error while streamlining operations. It also helps me compare performance metrics from various marketplaces and make better listing optimization recommendations to my clients. SurferCloud has allowed me scale out my freelance services, allowing me to take on more clients without compromising on time efficiency. The saved time is better spent on strategy and customer engagement, and therefore has increased client satisfaction. I like that the set up is also easy — there’s no technical migraines, and I don’t waste time. It’s priced competitively, and as a freelancer I need something that is both value for money and reliable. **What do you dislike about SurferCloud?** For the most part SurferCloud has worked just fine for me, though I have sometimes experienced slow speeds at peak times. Customer service is helpful, but response times are a little slow with technology issues getting resolved. The IP rotation is excellent; I can swap locations with ease for geography-specific research and account management. Its dashboard is simple, so it can be easy to control proxies even if you’re not that technical-oriented. **What do you dislike about SurferCloud?** Though SurferCloudΓÇÖs overall offering is amazing, I sometimes notice a small latency when switching between the proxies. I have chosen SurferCloud’s proxy/VPN services because they have worked well for my needs. Installation is easy and I like the various IP locations I can choose from to mimic end-users accessing from various countries. It also has great connection speeds for what I use it for (test API’s and scrape the web) and have never seen any unexpected drop-offs or need for throttling. Their pricing is also very competitive against other providers I have tested which means it’s affordable for the solo developer! **What do you dislike about SurferCloud?** Although SurferCloud is more than sufficient for the majority of use cases, I've experienced a slight delay when switching from one IP to another [which slows down the routine testing cycle]. The dashboard itself as a little lackluster and dated compared to the competition; there are no detailed logs or granular usage analytics to quickly diagnose connection issues. Support is not bad, responsiveness, but it can take one day to several days to get technical questions answered, not good for tight deadlines. **What problems is SurferCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are some drawbacks, but SurferCloud is now an essential tool for me. It has allowed me to drop the multiple proxy providers back and the reliability is worth the downsides to me on my projects.
