"Reliable, Scalable Hosting for Resellers"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

As resale of hosting/VPS, SurferCloud has helped me keep organized. An intuitive dashboard enables easy control of client accounts, resource allocation, and performance monitoring – all from a single pane-of-glass. The up-time of my website has been great and that's something that's very important to me as a trust factor for my clients. "I also like the competitive pricing, which lets me sell value hosting and not have my margins eroded." The seamless support for WHMCS and other billing softwares saved me countless working hours, and it is worth every penny in the form of time saving! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

It’s a strong platform, but I’d like to see even more control over resource allocation for power users. Sometimes the help for some aspects could be more detailed, but your support has always been very fast to respond our doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for e-commerce and cross-border sales with space for improvements"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I’m a freelance virtual assistant with several e-commerce shops I was working with and SurferCloud has helped me work faster. By centralizing access to different marketplaces on one dashboard, the tool streamlines the inordinate amount of time spent of managing invoices and updating prices manually. Inventory synchronisation is spot on and I like the way it cuts down on listing errors when managing products accross regions. Their support is responsive, which is important for things like time-sensitive e-commerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

SurferCloud is fast but a bit more complex than anticipated to get our heads around. And a few features — bulk listing updates, for example — are less intuitive than they could be and require multiple clicks to accomplish simple tasks. I think the reporting dashboard is good, but I would love to see more flexibility for customization, which would allow me to give my clients better insights. Finally you experience some lag during the peak hours, and it's frustrating when a deadline arrive and everything is not running in smooth way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Proxy for SEO Freelancer"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

As an SEO Guy I often require both safe and location-based proxies for my keyword research, rank tracking, as well for competitor analysis. SurferCloud has been reliable for me. The proxies are fast, barely any of them are blocked, and the ip rotation is just flawless. I like that the set up is also easy — there’s no technical migraines, and I don’t waste time. It’s priced competitively, and as a freelancer I need something that is both value for money and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

For the most part SurferCloud has worked just fine for me, though I have sometimes experienced slow speeds at peak times. Customer service is helpful, but response times are a little slow with technology issues getting resolved. The dashboard is fairly difficult to navigate and just feels like second nature to me now. "Secure alternative to proxy I'm currently outsourcing a lot of work"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I'm a freelancer doing work that would here as "sensitive reputation management," so I need a solid, secure proxy/VPN to manage all of my clients without looking like a spammer/sockpuppetter/etc. SurferCloud has been a game-changer for me—it delivers reliable, fast connections with less drop time. The IP rotation is excellent; I can swap locations with ease for geography-specific research and account management. Its dashboard is simple, so it can be easy to control proxies even if you’re not that technical-oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

Though SurferCloudΓÇÖs overall offering is amazing, I sometimes notice a small latency when switching between the proxies. I can live with it, but if they can somehow speed up transitions there (there’s no deal there yet but work continues to make it happen) that would make it perfect. The pricing could also be made more flexible for freelancers without the need for enterprise-level plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable - Freelancer Proxy"
What do you like best about SurferCloud?

I’m a freelance developer and I need to have safe and localized IPs for testing geo-limited named apps. I have chosen SurferCloud’s proxy/VPN services because they have worked well for my needs. Installation is easy and I like the various IP locations I can choose from to mimic end-users accessing from various countries. It also has great connection speeds for what I use it for (test API’s and scrape the web) and have never seen any unexpected drop-offs or need for throttling. Their pricing is also very competitive against other providers I have tested which means it’s affordable for the solo developer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurferCloud?

Although SurferCloud is more than sufficient for the majority of use cases, I've experienced a slight delay when switching from one IP to another [which slows down the routine testing cycle]. The dashboard itself as a little lackluster and dated compared to the competition; there are no detailed logs or granular usage analytics to quickly diagnose connection issues. Support is not bad, responsiveness, but it can take one day to several days to get technical questions answered, not good for tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
