"Intuitive Guides, Powerful Analytics, Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered has been a game-changer for our team. The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to create and manage in-app guides and onboarding flows in HubSpot. The analytics dashboard gives us clear visibility into how our team members are adhering to onboarding plans. The support team is also outstanding — always responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If anything, I would love to see even more flexibility in the pre-built templates to customize the initial setup process. That said, this is a very minor point and does not detract from the overall excellent experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Implement, Seamless HubSpot Integration, and Streamlined 1:1s"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

I found Supered very easy to implement for the team, works as described and able to customize to our specifics. The HubSpot integration was seamless as well. Our sales team has been using it and it has streamlined our one on ones. Instead of focusing on data clean-up and administrative tasks sales managers are able to discuss what is actually happening with deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

We have not had any issues with Supered, the support team was very responsive and they helped us build custom rules we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless In-App Enablement, but Customization and Navigation Need More Flexibility"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

What I like best about Supered is how it makes onboarding and enablement truly seamless within the flow of work.

The in-app guidance and contextual training features allow us to deliver the right information exactly when users need it, which significantly improves adoption and reduces support requests. I especially value the ability to create targeted, role-based experiences without heavy technical effort.

The analytics also provide clear visibility into user behavior and content effectiveness, helping us continuously optimize.

Overall, Supered strikes a great balance between ease of use and powerful functionality, making it a highly impactful tool for scaling enablement efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

One area where Supered could improve is in customization and flexibility for more advanced use cases.

While it’s very easy to get started, some deeper configuration options—especially around styling, workflows, or complex targeting - feel a bit limited without workarounds.

The interface can also take some time to fully understand when managing larger amounts of content, as navigation isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

Additionally, reporting is solid but could benefit from more granular insights and easier export options.

Overall, these limitations don’t outweigh the value, but refining them would make the platform even stronger for scaling teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improving employee experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

The focus on User experience, from the partner side managing client spaces, to the end users ease of access and how often they can find what they need without leaving where they are working. New features are being constantly added and improved based on partner and user feedback. It also has the potential to integrate with any web page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

There are still features being developed and improved, so it's not as refined as other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Compliance to Sales Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

Supered makes it stupid-easy to stay compliant with how we're supposed to run deals. The process boards map our actual SOP step-by-step and guide me through each stage so I don't skip anything - logging notes, updating fields, sending the right follow-ups. I don't have to memorize the process - I just follow the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Nothing major. The occasional edge case where I want to jump ahead in the process, but that's usually me being impatient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevated Our Sales Process with Clear Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

I really like the ease of use of Supered and the quickness in which updates are reflected back into the CRM. We make extensive use of process boards and process rule sets. Having clear entry and exit criteria for rule sets is a big help in organizing our roles in clear, formatted ways. From an admin perspective, process boards and rule sets are great for setting clear buckets of information needed for specific processes. Each process has its own rule set, which also clearly aligns with CRM modules like contacts, companies, and deals, ensuring data integrity and maintaining deal momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

A couple of things that I can see improved are just continued improvements on accessing the CRM data and utilizing enhanced features with filtering to support process rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevates HubSpot Data Trust with Process Boards"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

I love the Process Boards in Supered because they provide a central view of process violations over time and make it easy for sales reps to resolve errors quickly. It's great to have embedded rules in HubSpot, but Supered takes it a step further with these boards. For managers, having everything visible in one place is huge, and it makes compliance easier for sales reps. It helps us cater our training and verify if the data is truly trustworthy. Also, I appreciate their great support and thorough training, which makes it easier to get up and running, even though some areas could be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Some areas of Supered are less intuitive than others, and it takes some work to get up and running if you're the one managing the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supered Improved Pipeline Visibility, Accountability, and Follow-Up Across Our Clients’ Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

As consultants, our biggest challenge is helping clients move from knowing what they should do to actually executing it consistently. Supered gave us a way to operationalize sales discipline for our clients without adding more tools or complexity.

For sales leaders, Supered has fundamentally changed how pipeline reviews happen. Instead of subjective conversations and buried opportunities, leaders now have a clear, shared view of what’s sitting in the pipeline and what needs attention. One client told us:

“It’s definitely taking a burden because now it’s like we can clearly identify what is sitting out there. I can hold people accountable to opportunities… I started doing my funnel or pipeline reviews with each rep a little bit differently.”

That visibility has made pipeline conversations more grounded in reality rather than gut feel or CRM guesswork.

For newer reps, Supered has become an organizational backbone. Clients consistently tell us it helps reps stay focused and reduces overwhelm by surfacing only what matters most. As one client shared with us:

“The new guys are like, this is helping me stay organized… It’s blurring out all that noise and pulling the things that matter to the forefront.”

This shortens ramp time, improves follow-through, and reduces the need for constant manual oversight from managers.

Even veteran reps benefit. Several clients have told us Supered helped surface forgotten deals and stalled opportunities that would have otherwise been lost. One leader summed it up well:

“Our veterans love the system… it was that eye-opener of, ‘Oh yeah, I forgot about those deals I need to follow up on.’” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Supered evolves quickly, which means ongoing enablement matters. Teams get the most value when the rollout includes clear guidance and reinforcement. The product’s pace isn’t a drawback — it just benefits from intentional adoption and usage habits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful HubSpot tool with Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Supered?

Two things - I appreciate the migration tool in Supered because it allows me to build in a safe environment where no one can wipe out my data or reset any sandboxes. It helps me migrate into production environments while mitigating some of the risks involved with deploying new features. It saves a huge amount of time. The Sales Enablement features of Supered make my clients more likely to adopt the processes and tools I've trained them on, thereby increasing user satisfaction. The initial setup of Supered was extremely easy, and I find the Slack channel for partners really useful for feedback and getting live support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

The AI tool put my comments into the "what do you like best" so at this point, there's nothing that I can say that won't have been addressed by the Supered development team before this review goes live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Red-Flag Alerts Keep Our HubSpot Deals and Line Items Perfectly Aligned"
4/5
What do you like best about Supered?

I use supered primarily to align Hubspot deals. My favorite feature is that when something is not matching up on our deal amount and our line item amounts we get a "red flag" notifying us of the discrepancy. This helps keep my team and myself aligned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supered?

Supered has been very helpful so far, but if something can get integrated it would be the possibility of being able to handle everything from a single supered tab.

I do like that Supered takes us directly to a deal page on Hubspot, but sometimes the problem is a minor discrepancy or a simple attachment missing. Being able to do this from 1-click through Supered would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
