What do you like best about SuperAGI?

Unfortunately, I cannot highlight a single positive aspect of this platform or the company behind it. Our experience has been characterised by mis-sold features, severe technical failures, and a complete lack of accountability from their leadership team. What do you dislike about SuperAGI?

The platform is fundamentally flawed and poses a massive liability to any business that cares about data privacy, legal compliance, and domain security. Specifically:

Severe GDPR & Compliance Risks: The system lacks dynamic, automated unsubscribe capabilities. Expecting teams to manually manage suppression lists is not just a missing feature; it is a direct path to GDPR and CAN-SPAM violations. You simply cannot guarantee a user's right to opt out without exposing yourself to severe regulatory fines due to human error.

Catastrophic Data Corruption: To make the compliance issues worse, the platform's data integrity is broken. The deduplication validation completely failed on us, corrupting our entire A–H contact range with massive duplicates and inexplicably wiping out core fields like "Lifecycle Stage." It is impossible to manage legal compliance when the database itself is destroying user records.

Reckless Infrastructure Setup: Their team incorrectly configured our initial email campaigns directly on our primary root domain rather than a dedicated marketing subdomain. This dangerous setup recklessly exposed our core company email infrastructure to potential spam blacklisting.

Zero Accountability: Instead of owning these critical failures, the account management team has ghosted us, and leadership is currently withholding our refund for a product that was factually unusable from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Genuinely, there is nothing positive to report. We entered into this agreement in good faith based on what was presented as a fully functional platform, and it has failed to deliver on every level. We were unable to send a single campaign throughout our contract period, and the experience has been consistently poor - technically, operationally, and in terms of account management. What do you dislike about SuperAGI?

Building on a previous review left by my colleague Nikki, our experience with SuperAGI has continued to deteriorate with no resolution in sight.

We entered into an annual agreement based on a platform presented as a reliable, fully functional email marketing solution. That was simply not the reality.

From the outset, the platform was not fit for purpose, we were unable to send a single campaign due to a combination of bugs, data issues, and incorrect initial setup.

Of particular concern was the absence of core compliance functionality. Automated unsubscribe handling was not in place, which introduces serious regulatory risk under GDPR. No business should be expected to manage this manually on a platform sold as an email marketing solution.

Account management and support were equally poor throughout, missed meetings, lack of communication, and repeated changes of contact without any proper handover.

Since Nikki's review was posted, the situation has worsened. It now appears that the individuals we had been attempting to contact have left the business, with no communication to us whatsoever about this. We have had no clarity on who is now responsible for our account, or who we should be speaking to in order to resolve our outstanding refund request, which has gone unanswered despite repeated follow-ups.

We had a very disappointing experience with SuperAGI.

Alongside the technical issues, the account management and support experience was poor. Missed meetings, lack of communication, and multiple changes in contacts without proper handover made it extremely difficult to resolve issues or make progress.

Despite raising these concerns repeatedly and being assured of escalation, we have struggled to get clear ownership or resolution — particularly regarding contract termination and refunds for a service that was never usable.

What do you like best about SuperAGI?

What do you like best about SuperAGI?

The prospecting is exceptional - large database, Ai takes care of it. Easy to add leads to your pipeline with a click. Customer and Company enrichment is excellent - better than anything I've seen or used personally - Superior to Hubspot and Pipedrive. Oh and didn't I mention that it's legitimately FREE for small businesses and comes with 2000 free AI credits per month with the Sales Module and 500 free credits for the marketing module. Relatively simple automations that are certainly robust. You can literally create 10 agents and automate all of your emailing. Marketers, Salespeople and worker agents. What do you dislike about SuperAGI?

My least favorite aspect is it's clumsy to manually move contacts around. And there isn't an intuitive way to automate it. Granted it's no different from having to fill in contact and company info in most CRMs, but considering the native AI aspect they should improve that. What do you like best about SuperAGI?

Before SuperSales, our sales data was a mess. Now, we have a crystal-clear picture of our sales pipeline, allowing us to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. The reporting and analytics features are incredibly insightful. We can track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and understand what's truly driving conversions. This data-driven approach has significantly improved our sales effectiveness and helped us optimize our marketing spend. SuperSales has given us the visibility and control we needed to achieve consistent growth.
