"Intuitive Content Library with Effortless Drag-and-Drop Organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

The content library structure and tagging system are really well-thought-out. You can easily drag and drop content to arrange it, which makes managing and updating a breeze. It's super intuitive, and honestly, it's a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

Setting it up can be a bit of a challenge for some users, and to be honest, the reporting dashboard could be easier to read - it's not super clear right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real Insights for Real Global Sales Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

I work in international sales, so I have a global reach when it comes to client communication (via email, phone, etc.), negotiating deals, and tracking buyers’ habits and movements across or within different regions. Substrata helps me identify a customer’s intent, sort and prioritize leads based on that intent, then approach customers with the best-fit communication strategy based on real-world data (insight) in real-time. It also allows me to be more productive and effective in my daily activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

At certain points, I find that the amount and detail of the insights available can be a bit overwhelming, particularly when I’m multiple regions simultaneously. A more simplified dashboard or the ability to create custom filter options would help me quickly identify key priorities across those regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Retention Got Smarter Overnight"
5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

I use data to monitor client health, the level of their engagement with my company, and how to retain them. Substrata allows me to determine client sentiment (whether they are happy or not), identify which clients are at the highest risk, personalize my way of communicating with each client, and act quickly on insights to reduce churn and build long-term relationships with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

Sometimes I notice that the insights I receive are a bit repetitive, and when I integrate with some of the CRM platforms, there can be a slight lag from when I want to take action and when I have the information to do so; therefore, there are times when I do not act quickly on client signals or on retention opportunities. "Closing Enterprise Deals with Clarity I Didn’t Know I Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

Substrata is identifying the buyer's interest and then determining how those signals relate to how successful I will have with the deal. This gives me the information needed about how to communicate effectively with a potential buyer, how to prioritize my accounts, and ultimately makes my outreach effort and closing process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

I love using Substrata! However, as an Enterprise Account Executive, sometimes there is an abundance of insights coming from this application with no clear guidance on how to analyze all of these insights in order to use the various features of the app efficiently (I may take a while to fully understand how to use all of the different functionality). "Sentiment Insights That Remove the Guesswork from Email Follow-Ups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

What I find most interesting is how it points out the actual sentiment in an email thread. I work with a lot of SaaS entrepreneurs and service providers in my industry, and sometimes there are discrepancies between tone and intent. With Substrata, I can tell if a prospect is losing interest or if there are underlying objections that have not come up yet. It removes all guesswork for me in terms of follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

I suppose there is a bit of a learning curve in terms of getting used to Substrata. There is just so much data provided, and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first open the program. I have found that there can be a bit of clutter on the dashboard when you are juggling many high-volume conversations at once. It takes a week or two to really get used to the interface. "Making Sense of What People Really Mean"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

Substrata helps me, as a communication officer, get a better idea of what an audience thinks about something and how I can improve my communications with them. This platform allows me to see how people are discussing things using their words, and how these types of conversations help me create more effective and data-driven communications every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

At first, there can be a lot of information to process at one time. When you first log on to the program, it can seem daunting due to so much insight available to help you improve your messaging and engagement; therefore, I found it difficult to learn how to use the various tools available in Substrata. "A Game-Changer for Understanding Audience Psychology in Niche Markets"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

Substrata offers a deeper dive into psychology than traditional analytics, giving us a better sense of what our audience wants and helping us tailor our messaging - especially in technical and niche markets where it's really tough to get it right. Honestly, it's a game-changer for understanding what makes our audience tick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

The onboarding process is a bit murky, and it's a shame because with more integrations with the marketing tools you're already using, getting up to speed and weaving into your workflow would be a whole lot easier. Honestly, having those connections in place would make a big difference in how smoothly you can adopt and use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Visual Workflow Builder with Time-Saving Templates and Clear Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

The visual workflow builder is a game-changer - it lets you create intricate automations without having to be a coding expert. Plus, the pre-built templates are a huge time-saver, and the reporting dashboards are ridiculously easy to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

Getting started can be overwhelming at first, and the documentation doesn't always hit the mark, so there's a bit of a learning curve to overcome. And when it comes to integrating with older systems, things can get a little messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Detailed, Well-Categorized Market Data That’s Easy to Drill Into"
5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

Having access to detailed market data is a huge plus, especially when you can drill down into the finer details. The way data points are clearly categorized makes a big difference too - it's so much easier to get a handle on things when everything's organized like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

The customization options for filtering and analysis are pretty limited, which can be a bit restrictive for advanced users - it's like they're being held back from really digging deep into the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful Analysis Without the Heavy Lifting"
5/5
What do you like best about Substrata?

If you're a Business Analyst like me who analyzes customer interactions and tracks their data trends continuously, then Substrata makes life easy by pulling out the most important trends in behavior so you can interpret your data quickly to be more precise while making your recommendations, without having to wade through tons of raw data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Substrata?

I think that the initial setup process seems a bit overwhelming as a Business Analyst. The other part that sometimes frustrates me is that I have to provide context for some reports generated by Substrata to align them to my specific business situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
