Live Help Messenger is very easy to install and use. Instead of calling and waiting on hold for long periods of time to even have one simple questioned answered , getting transferred to multiple departments, you have the ability to have those same questions answered in a matter of minutes in one chat setting. What do you like best about Chatstack?

What I like best is the support that live chat provides, it makes it convenient and easy to have all of my questions answered, I absolutely hate calling support because it's time-consuming, usually automated, and often unhelpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatstack?

I dislike the format, as I do with most live help messengers. I don't feel that the format is very exciting, it's pretty bland, but I also feel that's because they want to keep it simple enough for everyone to use, which I can appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
