SpotLock Reviews & Product Details

SpotLock is an all-in-one business platform for independent sports coaches and private trainers. It replaces the text threads, Venmo requests and spreadsheets most solo coaches run their business on. Athletes and parents book sessions online and pay upfront, so coaches stop chasing payments and get protected from no-shows. Coaches can sell session packs, run multi-week camps and clinics with a roster, track each athlete's progress, and send AI-generated progress reports to parents. A built-in inbox drafts replies to parent and player messages using the coach's own schedule, payment history and pack credits, and learns from answers the coach saves. Verified reviews from real clients help coaches build credibility and win new athletes. SpotLock integrates with Stripe, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Pricing is a flat $39 per month with no cut of the coach's earnings, and there's a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
