What problems is Spline Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a disappointing experience with this product. The heavily marketed 3D AI features fell short of expectations - the rendering was inconsistent, often producing distorted results, and the AI struggled with basic depth perception tasks that competing products handle easily. The interface felt clunky and required multiple attempts to get even simple 3D models processed correctly.

What really frustrated me was the subscription cancellation process. Instead of having a straightforward "Cancel" button in the account settings, I had to navigate through multiple buried menus and confirmation screens. It felt deliberately designed to be confusing and time-consuming. I eventually figured it out but it shouldn't be this complicated to end a subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
