What do you like best about Sova?

That it's very easy to learn how to use and getting so much reports to your liking or needs. It is easy to integrate with other tools, doesn't crash at all, and you can get all the products that available in the portal for just one credit. The support team always solves problems as soon as they heard about it. The scoring automation helps with eliminate the candidates without any labour by human. What do you dislike about Sova?

The analytics tab should be more in depth. For example one should filter the exact dates in the graphics section and should see the usage by graphics as well other than just excel reporting. What do you like best about Sova?

I find Sova to be really time efficient, as it simplifies the process of communicating with candidates and scoring them one by one. I also like that it's simple enough to use and doesn't require me to be tech savvy. The online assessing or the digital assessment spot is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sova?

I need to juggle between the types of results or candidates. To reset the application, I need to use the results tab, but to send another email to the candidate, I need to use the candidate's tab. What do you like best about Sova?

I definitely appreciate how Sova helps us build solid recruitment processes and provides good quality content. The high net promoter scores from candidates that complete the feedback survey are a testament to how well the platform is received. They have a strong, down-to-earth team that's friendly and efficient in customer success, making them great to do business with. I've been really pleased with the range of tests available, like the situational judgment tests, personality questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, prerecorded video interviews, and automating interview scheduling. All these features typically work quite well, and we’ve been generally happy with their performance. It’s great that Sova is integrated with SuccessFactors and includes language testing, fitting smoothly into our recruitment toolkit. What do you dislike about Sova?

I don't believe Sova is the Rolls Royce of assessment platforms. The technology sometimes could use improvements to make the platform more efficient for recruiters. What do you like best about Sova?

I like that Sova helps us to understand the personality traits of job applicants, allowing us to tailor our interviews to get to know them better, which helps us hire people with the values and potential we need. I appreciate the great customer service; they are always available to support. I also value Sova's clear and easy-to-understand pricing model, and the personal attention to our organization's needs provides us better value for money. The initial setup of Sova was very easy. What do you dislike about Sova?

What do you like best about Sova?

I use Sova to review candidate online assessments and video interviews, and manage the assessment center. I appreciate the simple and easy-to-understand user interface. The new update regarding assessment center setup has been particularly helpful, allowing us to make changes during ongoing sessions and assign different assessor numbers to specific activities. What do you dislike about Sova?

The new Sova assessment for logical and aptitude is on the difficult side, which resulted in lower top score candidates for our new project and is slowing our shortlisting effort. I'd like to see the difficulty levels of test problems adjusted according to the level of the role we're hiring for, like the current apprenticeship project, where candidates mostly have A-levels and are not that academically skilled. For certain projects where we have a larger number of candidates (35+), we still need to manually consolidate the results in an Excel file, record the score for each competency, and then sort candidates based on the highest scores. I like that Sova provides a whole report feature, which is very good because it saves us from having to manually take notes. The feedback reports it generates are particularly helpful because candidates often ask about their feedback, and Sova automates this process. I like Sova’s capacity tests. For me, as someone who recruits for both technical and commercial positions, it’s important that you don’t only measure logical skills, since numeric and verbal capacity are just as essential as traditional logic skills for being successful.
