Sortd is a magical add on that unifies my life. Inbox by gmail is a great tool, but it wasn’t doing enough to keep our roster of authors and potential new writers organized. Sortd lets me see exactly what kind of information I need to be aware of to keep our company properly functioning and to keep our contacts happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a small thing, but I would love the colors and likes to be bolder so that column separation looks more dramatic. It helps with my eyes when looking at the screen for long periods of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sortd is quite a unique app. What it does is turn your inbox into a trello-like board where emais are tasks each with their respective stages, progress and other details. Sorted is initially more of a ToDo app, but lately it's been marketed as a sales solution, so me and my team have decided to give it a try. While Sortd isn't something that will help you replace your CRM system, it's certainly an interesting spin on the idea with comfortable workflow and that small addition to Gmail that takes email prioritization on a whole new level. The performance isn't great, honestly. There are occasional hick-ups when you try to more an email into Sorted or move an existing email/card to a different column. Sometimes it works from a second try only which is a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has been a game changer for me. The ability to thread multiple emails together into 1 task is the best feature. Emails no longer get lost in my inbox and I'm able to keep all the emails that relate to a project or task together for easy reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is VERY little to dislike about this software. The most notable weakness is that after you've moved an email into a task list and someone responds to the email, it also pops back into your inbox queue. If an email has a lot of back & forth, this can become tedious, because to keep your inbox empty, you have to move the email to a task list and delete it. Occasionally, I wish that more emails/tasks were allowed in each list in the free version, but the limited number also prevents me from losing track of emails/tasks within endlessly long lists. The search function is not very useful, especially if you need to find an email from years ago. But its easy to toggle between the sortd dashboard and the tradition gmail screen, which has great search options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite features:

1. Being able to create a board for to-dos and things that I need to respond to or get things done. I can put due dates on the to-dos and a reminder to do it goes to your inbox

2. You can add a board for your sales pipeline. In your inbox, you always know what your pipeline looks like and who you should be following up with.

3. I love the popup that asks you what your focus is every morning. It allows you to do a brain dump of a to-do list to guide your day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SortD is still being developed. I am an early adopter of this product so there are a few quirks like not being able to update your credit card info and customer service is a bit slow (super small team). Where do I even start? My email was a mess before Sortd. It's seriously changed the way I organize and tackle my email. It's no longer that dreaded task every day, but rather much more manageable and productive. Seriously one of the best Chrome extensions out there.
