I really dont like anything about it so much. I don't have much to compare it to. We have only been using Sonicwalls, but will probably try something else in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too many new issues:

The new OS is way to sluggish.

Delays moving from screen to screen.

Several minutes to restart is too long (180 seconds plus many more 20 second countdowns).

It is discomforting to see it trying to connect many times after the 180 second countdown and seeming like it is a never ending loop.

Even after it restarts and I log in, it takes a long time for the interfaces to work.

The upgrade from 6 to 7 was messy. It leftr too many lingering issues. It was my 4th upgrade and I never had a problem before. LB does not work as support says and the is ZERO documentation on it.

It just seems that the all around quality is getting worse instead of better.
