Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, I wish there were more ways to customize the user testing sometimes I wanted more control over the tasks people did. Honestly, there's very little to dislike. If I were to nitpick, I'd say that while setting up a basic test is incredibly intuitive, mastering the most advanced features, like complex conditional logic in surveys, has a slight learning curve. It took a bit of time to get fully up to speed with all the power under the hood. However, this is a minor point, and their customer support team was exceptionally helpful and responsive whenever we had questions, which is a testament to their excellent service.
