"Softbook Keeps Everything in One Place—and Makes Live Course Updates Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

I didn't really have that "wow" moment on day one. It was more like... after a couple of weeks I noticed I wasn't jumping between five different tabs anymore. Lessons, homework, student progress, files, it's all where I expect it to be. Sounds simple, but when you're working with courses every day, that actually matters.

One thing I genuinely liked was how easy it is to tweak things after a course is already live. I always end up changing something last minute, fixing a lesson, adding a file, moving a module around. With Softbook it doesn't feel like you're going to break the whole course just because you needed one small update. That saved me more time than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

If I had to pick something, I'd say I still have moments where I click around trying to remember where a specific setting is. It's never been a deal breaker, but every now and then I think, "I'm sure I've seen this option before... where did it go?" Usually I find it after a minute, so it's more of a small annoyance than an actual problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Softbook Made My Course Feel Like a Real Learning Product"
5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

What I liked most is that it helped me stop thinking about the technical side and focus on the course itself.

Before Softbook, all my materials were sitting in different places. Some lessons were in documents, some videos were in separate folders and I kept changing things all the time. Once everything was inside the platform, it finally started feeling like an actual learning product instead of a collection of files.

I was working on my own, so I needed something I could understand without spending days watching tutorials. Uploading lessons, arranging modules and preparing access for learners felt surprisingly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Nothing major really. There were a few moments when I needed an extra click or two to find a specific setting, but it never stopped me from doing what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Course Hub That’s Easy to Organize and Share"
4/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

What I liked most is that everything is together in one place. Before this, my course materials were everywhere - PDFs, videos, notes, random links. Here it finally started feeling like an actual course and not just a mess of files. Uploading lessons, changing module order, adding homework stuff - all pretty easy. Also nice that students get access automatically and I don’t need to do everything manually each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Sometimes I still feel some settings could be more flexible. Not a huge issue, just moments where you click around trying to find one small thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way to launch my course"
4/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

I used Softbook to create and launch my own course. I uploaded lesson materials, added short descriptions and organised them into modules so it was easier to follow step by step. I also checked how the course looks from a learner’s side before publishing. It was easy to understand how everything works, even without technical background, and I didn’t need extra tools to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Sometimes I wanted a bit more control in settings, especially when adjusting small details or rearranging content inside modules. It’s not a big issue, but I noticed it while working on the course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Softbook Made Creating My First Course Surprisingly Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

I was a bit unsure at first to start my own course, but Softbook made it easier than I expected. I worked alone, added my lessons, small texts, and organised everything step by step. I liked that I didn’t need to think too much about technical side. It was quite clear how to move from one step to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Sometimes when I wanted to change small things, it was not very flexible. Not a big problem, but I noticed it when I tried to adjust details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made launching my course feel manageable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

I had been thinking about launching an online course for a while and finally decided to try it with Softbook. What I liked most was how clear and structured everything felt. Setting up lessons, uploading materials, and organising the course didn’t feel overwhelming, even without a technical background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

There are moments where you wish for slightly more flexibility in advanced settings, especially if you want to customise things in detail. It works well for standard course structures, but more complex scenarios may require additional options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Training Management Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

What I like the most is that Softbook makes it easy to organize our training material without overcomplicating things. I don’t have a big team of tech people, so being able to update lessons, check progress, and make small changes by myself is a huge plus. It feels lightweight and doesn’t get in my way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Sometimes the load time on bigger lessons or when switching between modules is a bit slower than I expect. Not a deal-breaker, but noticeable on busy days. Also, I wish there were a few more ready-made templates for course pages - it would speed things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Almost perfect tool for online learning management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

Softbook helps manage online education projects in one place - from course creation and student management to analytics and communication. It’s intuitive, visually clean, and doesn’t require a technical background to use effectively. I especially like the built-in progress tracking tools and the ability to organize team collaboration around specific courses. It has simplified our workflow and reduced the number of tools we need to rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

I’d give it a perfect score if there were a mobile app. Right now, Softbook works great in a browser, but having a mobile version would make it even more convenient for teachers and students on the go. Luckily, the team seems to be working on it, so I’m looking forward to the release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for organizing and managing learning materials"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softbook?

Softbook helps me structure all course materials, assignments, and communication with students in one place. The interface is clear and intuitive, which saves time on daily routine tasks. I also like that it’s easy to share access with teammates and track progress across multiple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

The only real downside is the absence of a dedicated mobile app. Sometimes I need to check updates or reply to messages quickly, and using the browser version on a phone is not always convenient. Adding a mobile app would make the platform even more flexible and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
