SocialNote Reviews & Product Details

SocialNote is a documentation and student support platform built specifically for school-based mental health teams. Designed for school social workers, school counselors, school psychologists, and other student support professionals, SocialNote brings day-to-day documentation and student support workflows together in one place. Teams can use SocialNote to document services, manage caseloads, coordinate referrals, track cases and goals, manage groups, document crisis support, engage families, and monitor student needs and progress. Built-in reporting turns day-to-day service documentation into meaningful data, helping professionals and leaders understand service delivery, workload, students served, and the impact of their work. SocialNote is purpose-built around the realities of working in schools. Rather than adapting a generic clinical or case management system to K–12 practice, SocialNote gives school-based teams tools designed around how they support students, families, schools, and communities. From individual student support to team-level reporting, SocialNote helps school-based mental health professionals keep their work organized, coordinate support, and make their impact visible.
