Being in the recruitment industry for the last 1 year, I have realized the importance of ATS which is quite helpful in sourcing and maintaining databases of the candidates. Specially, when you need them, you don't need to go here and there, just check and the ATS but I accept the complexities though. but recently I encountered with one of the AI tech sourcing recruitment in my new company ixceed Solutions where I recently joined and trust me, i haven't seen something like this. Indeed, AI has grown so much in these years and the right example is Sniper AI where I can easily source the candidates without investing much time.
