SimplerQMS is very convenient and one of the best QMS systems that I have used in the last few years. Training that I received from Paolo and Donna really helped prepare me for my new job, and their customer support has been amazing throughout the process. Everything is already prevalidated and compliant to various standards. the customer service, support, and ease of communication with the team has just been exceptional. the shared templates and procedures provided by the team also help use streamline our process. i do not like how you are unable to distinguish incoming and outcoming product as a built in feature within the system, and how the relation between product item and supplier only works one way but not the other. i also do not like how when i inserted a product item or lot as a property in a document or template, it comes off as a long chunky list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
