"Centralized Email Signatures in Microsoft 365 – Quick to Deploy and Reliable Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

The centralized management of email signatures in our Microsoft 365 environment works very well. Updates can be applied to all users within minutes without needing to make changes on individual devices. The integration is straightforward and runs smoothly. It’s also helpful that signatures work reliably on mobile devices, along with the ability to manage and schedule banners when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

The setup depends on having accurate user attributes in Microsoft 365, otherwise some fields may not populate correctly. For more customized layouts, some fine-tuning is needed to ensure consistency across different email clients. Pricing may also be something smaller organizations need to consider. Sigsync has been a reliable and well-designed solution for managing Microsoft 365 email signatures across multiple customers. Deployment is straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and it scales well across tenants without adding operational overhead. "Smooth Email Signature Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I like how Sigsync allows us to manage company-wide email signatures from one place, solving the issue of inconsistent signatures and removing the need for manual updates. I also really appreciate the reliable support. The support team responds fast and actually helps with real answers, making a big difference during setup and when making changes. Instead of wasting time figuring things out or going through long docs, we get clear answers quickly, so issues don’t drag on, and everything keeps moving without delays. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

The template editor takes a bit of time to get used to at first. It would help if the editor felt a bit more intuitive when building complex layouts. Sometimes you have to adjust things a few times to get spacing and alignment right, so a clearer layout structure or easier drag-and-drop control would make the process smoother. "Simple, Reliable, and Professional Email Signature Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

We’ve been using Sigsync for a while now, and it has been very helpful in standardizing our company’s email branding. The setup process was straightforward, and the integration with Microsoft 365 was smooth.

It’s easy to roll out updates across all users without needing to manage each mailbox individually. The editor is intuitive and offers good flexibility for designing signatures and using dynamic fields.

Support has been responsive when needed, and overall the platform feels stable and reliable. It’s one of those tools that runs in the background and saves time for both IT and marketing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eliminates Signature Issues and Keeps Everything Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

It eliminates the technical issues we used to run into with email signatures. It’s been very reliable, and the support team has been great whenever we needed help, especially during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

It took a little time at the beginning to fully understand how everything works. The platform itself is user-friendly, but there was a bit of a learning curve for me. That said, the support team was very helpful and guided us through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped Us Standardize Signatures Without Overcomplicating Things"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

We didn’t want something overly complex, just a reliable way to standardize signatures across the company. This worked well for that. Setup was straightforward enough, and once done, everything just runs.

Also worth mentioning, support was actually helpful when we had questions, not just generic replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

Would be nice to have a few more ready-made templates or starter designs, especially for teams that don’t have design experience. Also, fine-tuning spacing and alignment can take a bit of trial and error in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface offers a lot of options, so it takes a bit of time to get familiar with it at first. Once you’re used to it, though, it becomes very efficient to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple setup, powerful results for our entire company"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I love that Sigsync completely solved our email branding problem by automating everything, which makes life easier for both IT and marketing. Now, every email leaving our organization has a consistent signature, legal disclaimer, and sometimes a marketing banner when needed. I really like that setting up Sigsync made everything centralized, allowing marketing to update banners automatically in everyone's emails without bothering the IT team. The templates look much cleaner and more professional now. The deployment was easy, even with our Microsoft 365 setup for about 120 employees. We no longer deal with the mess of individual signatures, fonts, and missing disclaimers. The initial setup was very easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

Honestly, the only downside is that we didn’t discover it earlier. We spent way too long trying to control signatures manually in Outlook before realizing a dedicated solution would save us so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Sigsync has streamlined managing our email signatures, making them consistent and ensuring they're automatically updated across the board. They impressively walked us through setting up different signatures for various departments and helped optimize our templates for better appearance across Outlook, mobile devices, and external emails. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

If anything, I wish they add some more templates for major events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Signature Management with Easy Customization Across Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

The editor is easy to use, which makes it simple to create different signature designs for users across various groups. It helps maintain consistency by overriding individual email client signatures and automatically applying the correct one when emails are sent. At the same time, it allows flexibility for different departments to have variations in design or information while still keeping a consistent overall look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

It requires some coordination between teams, especially marketing and IT, since setting up user data and designing signatures go hand in hand. Proper planning is important to get the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
