I found the initial setup of Shorthand to be quite confusing because it was very different from what I was used to with Adobe Spark. It took some trial and error to get used to it. Additionally, I am facing challenges with social media integration, specifically in the toolbar section. The current setup does not easily allow for the addition of multiple social media platforms like Pinterest and LinkedIn. I also find it difficult to figure out how to share media effectively. While I appreciate that the educational plan is free as long as it's used for educational purposes, having access to technical support would be reassuring.
