SeshDesk Reviews & Product Details

SeshDesk is a booking and session-management platform for activity clubs across the UK, covering all activities and all age groups — dance, football, gymnastics, skateboarding, martial arts and dozens more. Clubs run one-off sessions, choose-a-date sessions, term blocks and monthly subscriptions from one schedule, take payment through Stripe, run digital registers, give coaches role-scoped access, and export funder evidence with starting-point presets for Sport England's Movement Fund, National Lottery Awards for All and HAF. There is no monthly fee. SeshDesk charges 2.5% per paid booking plus Stripe's standard processing fee, and nothing at all on free or funded sessions. SeshDesk also runs a free public Activities directory — open, cross-platform and all-ages — which lists clubs regardless of which booking software they use.
