I really like the ease of use of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture for both our IT professionals and business process owners. The overall UI is incredible and easy to use. I also value the artifact collector feature, which allows our process owners to attach artifacts easily. Additionally, I appreciate the feature richness of the product, which even non-technical business users can utilize without needing an advanced degree.
