I think ease of use was definitely one of the biggest things with this tool. It was very easy to go in and set up different report templates. One thing that was a little weird to us when we were reviewing the reports was that the different report templates we created could be changed by the user viewing our report. We were hoping there'd be a way for us to disable this because we don't want our users to see the web report and switch to another branding option, but that feature doesn't appear to be available right now.
