What do you like best about SendX?

I've been using SendX for several years. I've been marketing online for over three decades, so I have a lot of experience with a lot of different email service providers. SendX is easy to use and more cost efficient than the others I've worked with.

Something that really stands out for me is their support team. Their patience, responsiveness and availability are amazing. Their ability to get things done quickly is second to none. I consider that to be incredibly important when it comes to email marketing, when even one lost day can be a serious problem.

What do you dislike about SendX?

What do you like best about SendX?

What I like most about SendX is how simple and practical it is for everyday use. The platform doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity; instead, it stays focused on what actually matters: creating campaigns quickly, automating emails, and tracking results without a steep learning curve.

It’s especially helpful that the automation features are easy to set up, even if you’re not very technical. You can build email sequences, segment your audience, and keep your communication consistent without spending a lot of time trying to figure everything out.

Another strong point is its affordability compared to many other email marketing tools, which makes it a solid option for startups or growing businesses.

What do you dislike about SendX?

One thing I don’t particularly like about SendX is that the design options and templates can feel a bit limited compared to some other email marketing tools. If you’re aiming for highly customized or more visually advanced emails, it can take extra effort to get things looking the way you want.

Also, while the platform is simple to use (which I do appreciate), it can sometimes feel a bit basic when it comes to advanced features and integrations. If you have more complex marketing needs, you may find it somewhat restrictive.

Another small drawback is the reporting and analytics. They’re useful for the essentials, but they aren’t as detailed or as visually intuitive as what some competitors offer.

What do you like best about SendX?

I really like how SendX is simple yet offers strong deliverability, which is rare for an email tool. It's easy for my whole US B2B team to use and ensures that emails consistently reach inboxes. I also love the reliability of its automation for our B2B workflows. The triggers fire consistently, and we rarely experience issues with delays or missed actions, which is crucial for our team's hands-off nurturing. What do you dislike about SendX?

The biggest gap is advanced automation and journey-building functionality. It handles basic drip campaigns well, but it struggles with multi-branch, conditional workflows that are common in B2B—like triggering different paths based on lead score, company size, deal stage, or engagement across multiple touches. For more sophisticated nurture and account-based messaging, we often have to create workarounds or run multiple separate campaigns. SendX is great for simple, broadcast email and basic drips, but it doesn’t support the behavior-driven, cross-system, account-focused automations that serious US B2B teams need to scale. What do you like best about SendX?

I used SendX to send lyrical breakdowns to my songs and tips for writing and inspirational stories to my fan email list. I loved the easy automation, which helped me engage with people as soon as they signed up for the email list. It's affordable, costing under 10 dollars a month, and can handle high volumes of email. I also loved being able to connect to multiple fans with one message. They allow you to migrate your pre-existing email list, which is helpful as I have a list of emails compiled from multiple sites as an artist. The initial setup was easy. What do you like best about SendX?

SendX has been amazing for my company. We exist in the personal finance space and do some work with crypto so it was a challenge to find an email system that would allow us to send this type of content while offering the suite of automation tools we needed. SendX was the perfect solution to our email marketing problems. Their customer service is also a massive pro for me. I've never run into an issue they couldn't solve within an hour or two, and their live chat is actually very helpful unlike many others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendX?
