"Generous Free Plan with Higher Email and Subscriber Limits"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I needed higher email and subscriber limits, and I was comparing it with MailerLite. Their limits, and Wix’s limits too, feel pretty puny compared to Sender’s free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

So far, the only thing I’ve found that felt truly like Sender’s fault was their customer service chat. It took a bit longer than I expected, although the wait time was still reasonable. The bigger issue wasn’t the delay, but how robotic the support agent came across. The grammar was flawless, but the replies felt overly calculated and not very human. I’m still not convinced it was a real person, and I even asked whether it was human. I was intentionally casual and laid-back, and “Lucas” didn’t respond very warmly. Unfortunately, that’s the impression Sender has left me with for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, Flexible Pay-As-You-Go Pricing, and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

What I like most about Sender.net is how easy it is to use. The UI is clean and intuitive, so creating and sending campaigns is fast without needing a lot of setup or learning time. I also really like the pricing model. Instead of forcing you into expensive subscription tiers, you can pay based on the actual number of emails you send, which feels much more flexible and fair, especially for smaller businesses or apps with varying email volumes. Another thing worth mentioning is their support team. In my experience, support has been responsive and fast whenever I had questions or needed help. Their API is also very useful and makes it straightforward to build integrations and automate workflows with your own apps or services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

I experienced a few issues while using Sender.net, but their support team responded quickly and addressed them fast, which I appreciated. Other than that, I have not run into any major problems. Overall, the platform has been reliable and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, Cost-Effective Email Marketing with Reliable Delivery"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

Sender.net stands out for being easy to use, offering reliable email delivery, and keeping pricing cost-effective. The platform makes it straightforward to build professional-looking email campaigns thanks to its intuitive drag-and-drop editor, and its automation features help streamline day-to-day marketing workflows. I also appreciate the detailed analytics and reporting, which give clear, valuable insights into campaign performance and make it easier to understand what’s working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

The advanced automation and segmentation features could be more robust, and the reporting options could allow for greater customization. Some of the more complex workflows also take time to set up, which can slow things down at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Friendly, Fast Support and Easy Onboarding—Great First Email Marketing Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

Support responds to queries quickly, and the onboarding process was easy. Customer Service has been very friendly and helpful throughout. Since this is my first time using an email marketing platform, I’m really pleased with the final result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

There’s nothing I dislike about it. That said, it did take me a little time to find my way around all the tabs and to understand how to wire the entire workflow together. I can’t compare it with other email marketing platforms since this is my first experience using one. I chose Sender because of its generous free-tier starter plan, and it’s been a great fit for me as I get started with my new business expansion project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"When it works, it works"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

Their free tariff is quite good for a startup. The form constructor is easy to master and use. If you know what to look for, you can set up a protected, tailored system, which will be working for you. The codes for forms are easy to integrate with my WordPress website. Lucas, Michael, and Nathan from Customer Service and Technical Support helped us through our issue with our host. They were polite and ready to look for a solution. And now the subscription is working. The emails arrive immediately. I didn't try the AI-features yet because the regular ones were enough for me to set up what I needed on this stage, but it's good to know that they are there if you need them. I am very satisfied. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

Sometimes the system takes time to verify your domain. Unfortunately, the Technical Support can't manually force it, so you have to just wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email Builder, Easy Automation, and Reliable Deliverability"
4/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

The best thing about this platform is that it stands out for its simpler and more flexible interface. Their email builder tools are very intuitive, and their automation workflow is also easier to set up. Their deliverability is very consistent and reliable. This platform also strikes a balance between its affordability and capability, specifically for business which need both email and SMS and marketing in a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

Some of their advanced features feels bit limited when compared with the enterprise tools, particularly in segmenting and reporting customisation. Their template library, though it's functional, can be more modern and diverse. Also, their integration is not that extensive when compared with other larger competitors. Very swift, excellent customer service response! Pricing is excellent, and the interface is easy to use. The AI chat is helpful if I get stuck, but live help is just a click away. All in all, sender.net's performance is solid for any-sized organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressed by Sender.net’s Fast Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

"What I like best about Sender.net is their incredibly responsive support team. Even as a free user, I received quick and friendly assistance that made me feel valued. It’s rare to find a platform that treats all users with the same level of care, and that dedication really sets Sender.net apart. Their ease of use combined with excellent customer service makes the experience smooth and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

I’m still exploring Sender.net, so I don’t have major dislikes yet. Since I’m on the free plan, I’m curious to see how some of the advanced features compare once I dive deeper. For now, everything has been smooth, but I’ll need more time to fully understand the limitations and see if there are areas that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
