During that process, they took the time to understand our needs, ensured their testing covered specific extra steps that they knew our clients would likely require, and ensured we were setup to succeed. Their customer support was overall excellent and made the process a breeze. Through their effort and quality overall solution, we were able to both better secure our product, achieve our compliance goals, and successful pass security review at multiple Fortune 500 companies. **What do you dislike about Penti?** Their web portal gets the job done, but I'm definitely looking forward it improving and getting more polished over time. **What problems is Penti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing annual penetration testing and ongoing vulnerability scanning to achieve our security and compliance goals. We find that our customers get so much value from the combo of automated and manual testing .This dual approach has significantly improved our security. They've been instrumental in keeping us compliant during this year and getting us prepared for our SOC2 Type 2 compliance test. We receive continuous, quarterly penetration tests, which help us maintain our security integrity. The integration between Securily, our system, and third parties like Vanta is exceptional. I would also like to mention that their response times are extremely fast, and the quality of service is above any other company of its kind. **What do you dislike about Penti?** The platform is quite intuitive, but some things take a few more clicks to get to than what I expected.
