The Searchspring support team is excellent and very responsive. Setup time is fairly quick and the platform allows for a fair amount of personalization / customization with how results are shown.

No product is perfect, including this one: dynamic search result pages produce virtually zero SEO benefit. We switched out some top-performing pages that called back products from our database for Searchspring powered pages as they loaded faster, and the pages immediately lost ranking. If you know this going in, you can plan accordingly.

There is no out-of-the-box way to search 'non-product' content, like a blog or resource articles. You can use redirects and it could be possible with a supplemental feed but that's a minor negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
