The SearchInform DLP helps users know their data and put controls where they are needed them to protect a company from confidential information leakage. SearchInform DLP monitors all popular data transfer channels, analyzes information, detects and prevents violations, provides reports to a person in charge. The SearchInform DLP contributes to businesses in many ways: · Protects confidential information from leakage during use and transfer · Takes control of remote access and virtualization tools (TeamViewer, RAdmin, RDP) · Encrypts data to prevent it from being used outside the company · Reports irregular events within the network, such as copying data to removable storage devices or deleting a large number of files SearchInform DLP advantages · A complete toolset for controlling information flows via network channels SearchInform DLP is used to monitor all critical communication channels. A complete list of both corporate (Exchange, Lync, etc.) and personal (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) communication tools is supported.
