Scyllastar Reviews & Product Details

Scyllastar is a yacht management software built by professionals, for professionals. Co-founded by a captain with 3,000 tonnage experience and a cloud software engineer, Scyllastar was designed to solve the real operational challenges that yacht management companies, captains, and owners face every day. Managing a fleet means juggling financials, crew compliance, charter operations, and vessel administration — often across disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and endless email threads. Scyllastar brings everything into one single platform, giving managers and captains full visibility and control without the administrative burden. For yacht management companies, Scyllastar delivers real-time bank synchronization via API, AI-powered receipt scanning and automatic categorization, white-label monthly management reports, margin call management, and direct broker API integration for charter bookings. Managers can grow their fleet without growing their headcount. For captains, Scyllastar eliminates the paperwork that takes them away from the water. Expense reports flow automatically to the management company. Crew documents and vessel certificates are monitored with automatic expiry alerts. Security drills are logged and signed digitally with a legally binding captain signature. Passenger and crew lists are generated in one click. APA balances are tracked in real-time throughout every charter. Scyllastar is priced per vessel, not per user — starting at €99 per vessel per month. Every plan includes full access to all features, unlimited users, dedicated onboarding, and 24/7 support. All data is hosted exclusively in the EU on OVHcloud infrastructure in France, fully GDPR compliant with no US jurisdiction. More than a software, Scyllastar operates as a true partner — with regular check-ins, a collaborative product roadmap, and a support team that responds immediately when you need them.
