"Intuitive, Time-Saving App with Seamless English and Ukrainian Support"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I’ve been using this app daily, usually 3–5 times a day, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The functionality is well thought out, intuitive, and genuinely useful for day-to-day tasks. It saves me time and helps streamline my workflow in a noticeable way.

One of the standout features for me is how well it works with multiple languages. I regularly use both English and Ukrainian, and the app handles both seamlessly without any issues or loss of quality. That’s a big advantage compared to many other tools I’ve tried. What do you dislike about Scribbl?

I haven’t experienced any major bugs or disruptions, which makes it easy to trust and rely on it in my routine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Makes Meeting Notes Effortless with Clear AI Summaries and Bot-Free Automation"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl stands out for its ability to fully automate meeting note-taking, allowing me to stay focused on the conversation instead of manually capturing information. The AI-generated summaries are clear, structured, and include key decisions and action items, which significantly improves productivity and follow-ups.

Another major advantage is the bot-free experience — it runs seamlessly in the background without joining the meeting as a participant, which makes it less intrusive and more professional. The setup is extremely simple, and the integration with tools like Google Docs makes it easy to store, search, and share meeting insights across the team. Overall, it saves a considerable amount of time and ensures nothing important is missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

While Scribbl performs very well overall, there are some limitations. Transcription accuracy can occasionally suffer in meetings with poor audio quality or when multiple people speak at the same time.

Additionally, the level of customization for summaries could be improved, as it currently offers limited flexibility in formatting and structure. The tool is also somewhat dependent on specific environments (such as browser-based usage and, in some cases, Google Meet), which may restrict usability for teams using different setups.

There are also minor usability issues reported, such as interface clarity and occasional session instability, but these do not outweigh the overall benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient tool for transcription, recording, and documentation of meetings"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl has been a very useful tool for recording meetings, mainly due to its recording, automatic transcription, and minutes generation functionality. The system facilitates tracking the topics discussed, ensures greater traceability of decisions, and helps prevent the loss of important information.

The automatic transcription greatly contributes to productivity, as it reduces the time spent on manual note-taking and allows participants to focus on the discussion. Additionally, the ability to review the recording and minutes later provides more security and clarity in alignments.

Overall, Scribbl improves the organization of meetings, supports the documentation of agreements made, and facilitates the sharing of information with the team, being a very efficient tool for day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl’s Simple, Intuitive Interface That Streamlines Workflows"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it quick to onboard without requiring extensive training. It helps streamline workflows and saves time by organizing information in a structured and accessible way. The implementation process is smooth, and the platform is flexible enough to adapt to different use cases. Overall, it improves efficiency and clarity in day-to-day operations, which makes it a reliable tool for consistent use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

While Scribbl is effective overall, there is room for improvement in feature depth and customization. Certain workflows feel slightly limited, especially when dealing with more complex or large-scale use cases. At times, integrations with other tools could be more seamless, which would enhance its usability within a broader tech stack. Additionally, some features could benefit from more advanced controls or flexibility to better suit power users. These are not major drawbacks, but areas where the platform can evolve further. "Excellent AI Meeting Assistant That Saves Time and Improves Accountability"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl significantly improves meeting productivity by automatically generating structured notes, summaries, and action items from recordings. The transcription quality is strong, and the AI-generated summaries are clear and well organized, which saves a considerable amount of manual effort. It integrates smoothly with video conferencing tools and is very easy to use — setup is straightforward and requires minimal configuration. For teams that run frequent meetings, it becomes an essential tool for documentation and follow-up management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

While Scribbl performs very well overall, minor transcription inaccuracies can occur depending on audio quality or multiple speakers talking simultaneously. Additionally, some advanced customization options for formatting summaries could be expanded to allow more control over structure and output style. However, these limitations do not significantly impact its overall value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Just Works—Automatic Meeting Starts Every Time"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl “just works”—it automatically starts at the beginning of my meetings by default. I use it for every meeting possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

There’s really nothing to dislike. That said, I’d love the option to use Scribbl in meetings where I’m not allowed to use the plugin, for example by enabling screen recording from a native app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Delivers Fast, Clear Transcripts and Reliable Meeting Capture"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I use Scribbl to record and transcribe client meetings, and the biggest advantage is the speed and clarity of the transcripts. It comes out almost immediately, with enough quality for me to trust the content, and everything is organized, which makes it much easier to go back to a specific part without having to rewatch the entire meeting. The meeting capture (audio/video) has also been very consistent and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Honestly, I don't have any significant negative points in my use. If I had to mention something, I would like to have more customization options in export and formatting (for example, summary templates, different transcription layouts, etc.). Other than that, the service is very solid and delivers what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribble’s Auto-Notes and Action Items work for Special Educators"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

I seriously LOVE Scribble. The the auto-notes function is pretty accurate in capturing the nature of my meetings. I use it as a district Special Education supervisor and it helps free us up when we need to take notes. I love the "action items" section where it accurately captures what the next steps are and who is responsible for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Honestly, as an educator, I don't care more for the pricing. Think about it, this can be very valuable to school districts, but it's priced for the business world. Google found a way to become a necessity in the world of K-12 education, why can't this? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scribbl?

What I like most about Scribble is the ability to transform long transcriptions into topic-organized summaries quickly and clearly. It effectively identifies the key points of the conversation, which greatly facilitates the review of extensive and dense lectures. Additionally, the transcription in Portuguese is quite accurate, even when there are mixed English terms, and the summary is ready in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Currently, I have not identified any negative or less useful aspects. The times I used it, Scribble worked exactly as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scribbl Makes Capturing and Structuring Ideas Effortless"
What do you like best about Scribbl?

Scribbl makes it easy to capture ideas, structure thoughts, and turn rough inputs into usable outputs without friction. The interface is simple, fast, and intuitive, which matters when you’re working in creative or strategic flow. It removes the overhead of setup and lets you focus on thinking, writing, and iterating instead of wrestling with tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribbl?

Some advanced customization and power-user controls could be expanded further, especially for users managing larger or more complex projects. A bit more flexibility in workflows and organization would make it even stronger for long-term, multi-layered use cases—but overall, these are refinements rather than blockers.
