"Intuitive Dashboards and Effortless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I love the UI and the observability dashboards that ScaleOps offers, which provide great insights into our workloads. It makes it really easy to investigate any problems. Also, it's extremely easy to set up, and it works perfectly fine when used with ArgoCD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

I think the UI user authentication process can be improved. At the moment we are storing the user access details in a ConfigMap for ScaleOps to read and allow user access. The ConfigMap can easily cross 1Mb on large clusters making it unusable. So maybe a completely different way to allow automatic user access would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding experience is remarkably seamless, enabling rapid deployment. The dashboard delivers exceptional visibility into our Kubernetes workloads with insights that were previously difficult to obtain. ScaleOps excels at automatically right-sizing workloads and effectively manages sudden traffic surges. The support team is outstanding—demonstrating responsiveness, deep technical knowledge, and genuine commitment to our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

The frequency of upgrades can be considerable. However, the upgrade process itself is entirely seamless and non-disruptive, making this a minor consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Deployment with Top-Notch Support, Needs UI Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I use ScaleOps to manage deployments and rationing resource usage in Kubernetes. I appreciate that ScaleOps allows us to save money without bothering developers unnecessarily to optimize resources. I find it to be a well-made application that utilizes the latest Kubernetes features. I also like the excellent documentation and support, and it covers all the use cases we need. Initially, setting it up was easy, and with the help of ScaleOps engineers, we successfully transitioned from test configuration to production-ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

The only thing that bothers me at the moment is the UI. Personally, I don't find it visually appealing or easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I appreciate how easy it was to install, and how it instantly reduced the cognitive load on our application teams, making it much simpler for them to deploy their workloads effectively. "Total Automation with Simple Configuration"
5/5
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I like that ScaleOps is 100% automatic and requires little configuration. I mainly use it for automations in the use of Kubernetes cluster resources, which helps us save costs. Additionally, it has some troubleshooting functions that are very good. I found the initial setup very simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScaleOps Feels Like an Extension of Our DevOps Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

ScaleOps makes Kubernetes resource management effortless. Its recommendations are accurate, automation is reliable, and the UI provides instant clarity on where optimization is needed. We’ve significantly reduced wasted resources and improved performance stability since adopting it. The support team deserves special mention — they’re one of the best I’ve worked with: fast to respond, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. You can tell they really care about their users’ success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

Very little. Some dashboards could expose a bit more customization, but that’s a minor point. The platform keeps evolving quickly, and the team’s responsiveness makes it easy to trust that anything missing today will likely be delivered soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScaleOps: Streamlining Cloud Optimization and Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

ScaleOps offers a robust platform designed to automate and optimize the management of cloud infrastructure. Its user-friendly interface, combined with seamless integration with widely used DevOps tools, greatly simplifies the process of scaling and managing workloads. What stands out most is the platform’s capability to automate cost optimization and dynamically adjust resource allocations, which significantly reduces the need for manual intervention and helps ensure efficient use of cloud resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

While ScaleOps provides robust automation capabilities, getting started with onboarding and configuration can be challenging, particularly for organizations that already have legacy infrastructure in place. Certain advanced features come with a significant learning curve, and the documentation could benefit from more comprehensive details to assist with troubleshooting specific situations. Furthermore, it would be helpful if integration options were broadened beyond just the major cloud providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
