SAS® Visual Forecasting is an intuitive and easy tool to use for quickly building a variety of forecasting models - from the simplest to the most complicated models. Very easy to compare different models and pick the champion model. I use it in my classroom teaching, and students really like it. Another advantage is the visual interface which allows me to focus on the model building and not worry about the syntax etc. It has been a great experience using it in my teaching and research. Being able to filter out the information you don't want or doesn't pertain to what you NEED to display. Makes it easier for your audience to understand what point you are making and what you are really trying to highlight. By using this software, we would take FAQ when it came to showing spikes in the budget, it allowed us to use this software to show where the real effects were coming in. The more you use this software the easier it is to navigate, sometimes you can mess up easily. it's best to take notes or use "steps recorder'
