"Seamless Sage Integration That Bridges Sales and Finance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

The native integration with our Sage accounting software is by far the biggest win. It completely bridges the gap between our sales and finance teams. Instead of constantly pinging the accounting department for payment statuses, sales reps can view a customer's invoice history and account balances right inside the CRM. It eliminates double data entry and speeds up our whole quote-to-cash workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

Getting the system customised to fit our exact business needs was more complex than expected. There is a very steep learning curve for admins, and unless you have an IT background or hire an external consultant, setting up custom workflows and integrations can be incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. "Effortless Data Access and Streamlined Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

I like how Sage CRM offers easy access to customer and resources information, which proves useful for customer resource marketing. The search facility and the way the system saves information make it really easy to access. It allows a lot of useful information and notes to be stored and accessed, so when someone needs to look up information, they can review the notes before communicating with customers. I also found the initial installation training and setup to be seamless. I've recommended Sage CRM to many clients for its marketing and sales benefits, which add priceless resources to their businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sage CRM Centralises Customer Data and Streamlines Sales with Sage Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

What I like most about Sage CRM is its ability to centralise customer data and provide a clear view of interactions, sales activity, and opportunities in one place. It helps streamline sales processes and improves visibility across the pipeline, making it easier to manage relationships and track performance. I also appreciate its integration with other Sage products, which creates a more connected workflow between sales and finance. Overall, it’s a practical solution for managing customer relationships and supporting day-to-day sales operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

One drawback of Sage CRM is that the user interface can feel dated compared to more modern CRM platforms, which can impact usability and overall user experience. Navigation isn’t always as intuitive, and some tasks can take more steps than expected. Customisation and reporting are useful but can require additional time or technical knowledge to fully optimise. Overall, it’s functional, but there can be a learning curve and some limitations in flexibility and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

I really like how Sage CRM helps us manage deals properly, including through automation and marketing. It consistently aids in saving tasks related to managing deals, supports us in handling the product cycle, and keeps us from losing track of deals and contacts. It also helps us make daily progress and create multiple opportunities. I find it easy to use, automated, and it supports multiple team members. The initial setup was straightforward and very easy. "Unifies Customer Data, Needs Better Marketing Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

I like how Sage CRM unifies customer data, sales pipeline, and back-office finance into one cohesive system, especially for those already in the Sage ecosystem. It's more than just a CRM; it keeps sales and accounting on the same page. This unification is valuable because it eliminates friction like jumping between multiple systems to understand a customer, and it ensures that sales and finance are working from the same information. What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

The marketing automation features are basic compared to dedicated tools. It can do simple email campaigns and lists, but no real lead scoring, advanced nurturing sequences, or multi-channel marketing. Teams that need strong marketing will almost certainly need a separate tool. We can’t score leads based on behavior like email opens, clicks, website visits, or form fills, which slows sales down significantly. Also, we can't build automated nurture paths, so we have to manually qualify everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and Intuitive, Ideal for Accounting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

It is a very robust program that, when you only need the basic package, is not very expensive and covers the accounting needs of our company. It allows me to create customized and automated workflows, in addition to managing the company's accounting. It is a very intuitive tool, which aids learning while using it, and it is very comfortable to work with. The initial setup process was very simple thanks to the prior knowledge of the internal team, and we had a ticket with support for an automated workflow that was resolved quickly. "Reliable CRM with Customization and Strong Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

Sage CRM is a dependable solution that is both reliable and easy to navigate. It excels at centralizing customer data, interactions, and sales activities in a single location. I appreciate how it strikes a balance between structure and customization—you can adjust fields, workflows, and dashboards to fit your needs without making the system unnecessarily complicated. The reporting features are robust, and the interface allows for quick and straightforward access to important information. Overall, it’s a trustworthy platform for teams seeking clear insight into their customer pipeline and ongoing communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

Certain aspects of the user interface appear a bit outdated, and there is potential to update the navigation to be more modern and user-friendly. Although customization is available, making some changes—particularly those involving advanced workflows—often necessitates assistance from technical support. The integrations function as expected, but having a broader selection of plug-and-play options would enhance the overall experience. These points are not major drawbacks, but rather areas where the product could continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
