**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

I like using SafeBase to showcase our security compliance as it gives us a public domain to share our security story, helping build trust with customers. The webpage builder is great; it's easy to create an aesthetically pleasing page to share security information with a simple drag-and-drop interface. The builder's ease-of-use allowed us to launch our trust center in days, and it's reasonably priced. The document manager is very flexible; it lets us control visitor access to sensitive information, even embedding NDA-workflows for specific documents. The AI questionnaire tool is another highlight, effectively handling long customer questionnaires and saving us a significant amount of time by auto-filling responses. Overall, getting our trust center up and running was very easy, taking under a week to look professional.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

The 'template' of the trust center builder is quite rigid, so you don't have a lot of options to customize it. You can't add any custom styling or custom elements. It makes many Trust Center pages in SafeBase look the same. For instance, trying to add a list of subprocessors was difficult because the table columns couldn't be modified enough, leading to either duplicate entries or unappealing text blobs. Additionally, the AI questionnaire tool in the base plan has a limited number of tokens. If a questionnaire is uploaded incorrectly, it wastes a token, making it only feasible for long questionnaires to be efficient in token use.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SafeBase to showcase security compliance, making it easy to create appealing pages for sharing security information. It allows customization of document access, helping us manage sensitive data visibility effectively.

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

The ease of securely sharing documentation—with audit trails and granular access controls for different sets of users—has significantly streamlined our process. It eliminated the need for back-and-forth emails, while offering clear visibility into key metrics such as number of views and downloads. I would recommend this solution without hesitation; it's a true value-add for any organization. The trust, support, and partnership we’ve experienced ensure that product-related queries are addressed quickly and effectively. I truly appreciate this strong, customer-centric culture.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

There are always certain thoughts that come into play and we wanted them as feature, especially when it comes to prioritizing them. However, what seems to be good in the context of Safebase—is a clear mechanism or option to mark these as feature requests is available although it takes time (high-priority) items that require immediate attention

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

SafeBase continues to be one of my favorite platforms to use on a daily basis. Its suite of tools—AIQA, the Knowledge Base, and the Security Portal—provides significant value to our customers and our internal teams alike. On top of that, the support from the SafeBase team has always been exceptional.

Crystal Culver, our Customer Success contact, has been instrumental in our success with the platform. She is consistently helpful, highly responsive, and always in the loop on internal updates—whether it's new features, tools, or upgrades to existing tools. I particularly appreciate her efforts in getting us early access to beta programs that are relevant to our needs. Her proactive communication and expertise make it seem like we are the most important customer in SafeBase's book of business.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

I wouldn't call it a dislike; however, it would be helpful to have a way to send documents within the portal to a customer contact as PDF's that are watermarked for their specific company when there is apprehension to logging into a portal.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafeBase has been instrumental in centralizing the documentation that our customers and prospects frequently request during contract negotiations and renewals. The Knowledge Base feature streamlines our workflow by storing and surfacing responses to commonly asked questions, significantly reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks. As a small team, we’ve found the AIQA tool especially valuable—it continues to evolve and has meaningfully accelerated the completion of our security questionnaires from start to finish.

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

When we were evaluating companies in this space, we had two goals: improve our Trust Center experience, and find a provider that had a reliable AI capability for questionnaire support. Since becoming a SafeBase customer, they have done both for us tremendously! Our customer experience has improve greatly by using their Trust Center technology, and our team is completing more questionnaires, more quickly with the help of their AI questionnaire assist. It also helps our employees that are not security experts find reliable information that they can pass onto their customers. Mary Wiley is our wondering CSM and is always helping us improve!

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

They are VERY excited about new AI features when I feel they can still make improvements on the fundamentals of the product. I understand the need to innovate and provide customers with exciting capabilities, but I wish they'd work on perfecting key areas such as multi-product support, document management, and other areas that could use improvement still.

The best part of the experience was definitely the customer support. I was assisted by Crystal Culver and Daisy Hernandez, and they were outstanding! Extremely kind, attentive, always clarified my questions, and were flexible when needed. Their support was excellent, and I would recommend the service to anyone based on that alone.

The platform is intuitive and flexible. I also really appreciated the self-serve approach. Everything is well documented and easy to follow, which means I can find what I need and take action without confusion or constantly needing assistance. It integrates well with other tools commonly used in the industry, which makes our workflow smoother. The response time when opening support tickets was also fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

When working with the Trust Center, I felt the customization of the cards could be more flexible and user-friendly. It’s a minor issue, but improving that aspect would enhance the experience even more.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SafeBase is helping us centralize and manage our security documentation in a way that’s both efficient and customer-friendly. Instead of juggling multiple requests and sharing documents manually, we now have a single, organized hub where everything lives, our policies, certifications, and audit reports are all up to date and accessible.

This not only saves us time internally, especially when responding to security questionnaires, but also helps us present a much more mature and trustworthy posture to our customers and prospects. The Trust Center acts like a living proof point of our compliance and commitment to security. It’s taken a process that used to be scattered and reactive and turned it into something structured, proactive, and easy to maintain.

Overall, SafeBase is cutting down on the back-and-forth, improving transparency, and making our security program more scalable.

What impressed me the most about Safebase was, without a doubt, the outstanding support and the amazing people behind the platform. Amanda Haniff's team was always there for us during our recurring meetings and consistently went above and beyond to help , even during unexpected hours when we needed assistance.

The platform itself is very user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and interact with. Plus, the tutorials available online are incredibly thorough and made it easy for our team to get up to speed quickly.

I highly recommend Safebase to any team looking for a reliable tool backed by a truly supportive team.

Some of the initial setup processes were more complex than expected, and we found ourselves reaching out to support multiple times to confirm we were on the right track. **What do you like best about SafeBase?**

Our organization has a very large footprint, so handling customer due diligence requests has always been met with some sort of friction due to a highly manual process. We set out to make life easier for our teams and for our customers, and SafeBase has provided the platform to do just that. We saw the number of total requests cut down instantly and expect that trend to continue as we seek to expedite our sales cycle. Everyone we've worked with – sales, customer success, technology – have all been easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

This potentially could be a unique problem for our organization, but there are aspects of our trust center that we wish we could customize to fit our global customer base. Certain things like language translation buttons and the ability to further customize fields. Otherwise, the platform has been a huge help for us!

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The manual effort of responding to customer due diligence requests was a large-scale issue for us. By implementing the trust center, we are able to quickly provide our customers with necessary information, respond to questionnaires quicker, and create a smoother process for all who are involved.

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

The simplicity of getting started and filling the trust center with useful information for our customers. It was a cake walk to get started and within two weeks we were basically ready to go live. Our customer success manager Amanda H. and Solution Engineer Antonio was great to work with and helped us spot on along the way.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

A bit more flexibility when it comes to language support. We need to support a number of different languages for different regions so that would come in handy moving forward as a feature.

Really helped to present a far more polished experience to customers and prospects. The implementing of Safebase saved the Security and Sales teams a lot of time because prospects got access to all the security information in one step, mitigating follow up questions.

A little more flexibility regarding content and Trust Center layout would be helpful. 
Like being able to publish articles that can be linked with a static link vs. having to create and upload a document.

It's fairly intuitive and quick to deploy, implement and maintain. The white glove onboarding service is really effective, our Senior CSM Amanda made sure not only that we're able to implement what we planned, but also that we're familiar with additional capabilities that we could benefit, which are included in the product.

It's pricier than its competitors, aiming at high-end.

Safebase helps us offload some manual labor of our front-line teams, by providing easier access of our customers to documentation that we share with them.

The platform is intuitive with minimal onboarding training required for Admins. The solution operates well out of the box and the Safebase team (shoutout to Crystal and Antonio) are communicative and highly available to help.

Some platform behaviors and information are not fully customizable.

Putting compliance information in the hands of the customer is what safebase solves. We are able to answer questions more easily with the content on our trust center and hopefully will see fewer questionnaires submitted.

The Customer Base experience is amazing, they are always willing to help and walk beside you during the whole implementation and post implementation process. Also, it's very easy to integrate with other softwares. Kudos to Amanda Haniff and her great job!

SafeBase allowed me to implement self-service for my customers. Instead of tracking hundreds of requests for a multitude of documents, now we can publish the documents, and let our customers download when they need them.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

There is nothing I dislike. Support is great, the product is great, it evolves, and does what it advertises perfectly.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have thousands of customers, and more being added every day. Existing customers want evidence of compliance and security, and this gives an easy way to fulfill that. Same for the sales cycle. A potential customer wants all of our compliance and security information they can get, and having it in one spot is really convenient.

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

I think that it is intuitive to use, easy to navigate, and has a clean look, design, and feel. The page isn't too scattered or busy, yet it has a lot of good content at the tip of your fingers.

The only negative that I have is they syncing with Okta. I can find that to be rather cumbersome and slow at times.

It's a one stop shop for all things compliance and security related. As a Renewals Manager, I work with a lot of clients to go over legal, security, RFP's, questionairres, etc. The ability to have everything in once place is a  big time saver and one less headache to deal with.

I appreciate how user friendly the solution is and how great their support team is, we use it everyday so having support to respond to any of our hurdles is great. That says a lot about how they take care of their customers. They are always looking for feedback and looking for ways to maximize our usage of the solution.

As of the moment arent any dislikes so far everything has been positive.

Safebase has streamline our process on providing customers with our security documentation. Customers can now use the self-service to obtain security documentation themselves. Which prevents us from emailing and not track what is going out. It also helps us put out quick vulnerabilties as well for customers. It will soon help us on answering security questionnaires.

It is super helpful to have all of our safety, legal, and secuirty documentation all in one place for both our internal teams to refer to, but also for our customers to utilize. As a Solutions Consultant,  I am often helping with the INFOSEC/legal process and it is so helpful to know exactly where I can find all the informatino I need. The UX is also super easy to navigate and looks clean and modern.

SafeBase provides a secure and compliant environment for storing and sharing sensitive data. Granular access controls - Admins can set precise permissions on who can access what data, preventing unauthorized access. Audit trails - A full audit log tracks all activity, so there's accountability for how data is accessed and used.

It can be somewhat laborious creating new accounts and has limited functionality for sending links to mulitple requestsed documents.

* Safebase is a near zero administration way to publicly push privacy and security content to the public.
* Using Safebase frees up internal resources as customers and prospects can pull content at their convenience to perform risk assessments and security reviews.
* The "Updates" feature is especially helpful as it's a 1-click way to get important information out quickly.
* Our account manager, Sean, is amazing.  I feel like we have a security and privacy concierge when it comes the service that Sean provides.

I'm not sure there are any dislikes as such but I am looking forward to seeing feature requests roll out which lets us customize the website more and thus maximize our customer engagement.

We always struggled with a resource repository and providing customer access to our documents, policies, certifications and other details.  Safebase allows us to really provide a portal for all our customers.

The initial invite for a customer only has a few options for configuration.  I can't itemize what they have access to.

Safebase allows us ot have a tracked and authenticated access to our documents - this removes the "do you have a copy of XX?" questions that proliferated our Security team.

The capabilities of Safebase are endless. Our company has been using Safebase for about a full year and the down tick of time required to manage trust material delivery has been substantial. Clients and Prospects are now directed to the portal earlier in the process closing out vendor due diligence much quicker. We have a pending integration with Salesforce to provide even greater automation. 

Most of all, security owns this, no more tickets to marketing to get a page updated on our root domain. We can update the trust center when we feel we need to.

I was previoulsy in charge of sending security documentation to prospects and customers, after checking our contract repository to ensure there was an NDA on file. This manual process could take anywhere from 5 minutes to over an hour each day, especially during busy times like end of the month or end of the quarter. Since implementing SafeBase with Slack and Salesforce integrations, we have empowered our prospects and customers to access the information they need within minutes, all while ensuring confidentiality with our most secure documents. Additionally, the self-service model allows our prospects & customers to gain proactive confidence about our security posture and not feel as though we're hiding anything with a manual process.

Previously this process required more manual work involving getting the NDA signed and requested documents together. Now prospects and customers can get exactly what they need for their due diligence in a much shorter period.

Setting up was relatively simple, and the staff there were very helpful.

Nothing, in particular, the product has helped us save many hours, which we greatly appreciate.

Initially our process required a lot more manual work, with responding to requests via email for specific security documentation and then going through the NDA process. I like the slack integration. It's so easy to manage approvals across multiple stakeholders and ensure sales move fast.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

The sign-in process through Okta was tough the first few times, but i think that was more our SSO than an issue with Safebase.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the vendor security process. At past companies, we'd send these docs without a clear way to check if there was an NDA/privacy policy in place with the prospect. Also, you never knew who you were relying on the customer's side to do the security review becasue you'd send them to your contacts and have to wait. This security portal through Safebase resolves this challenge.

Matching new requests with existing accounts may sometime take more time than expected.  better integration with our legal repository system for automatic match of users with existing accounts would be great.

The fact that if you send specific requirements for a security review to the questionnaires alias, a rep will respond and follow instructions consistently.

It's a bit cumbersome to manually create accounts every time a new customer wants to access our trust portal. Would be nice to have a database of existing accounts to search and reference.

We simply do not have the bandwidth to performance SR tasks on our own. Engineering time here is precious.

**What do you like best about SafeBase?**

Safebase is super easy to set up and provides our customers and prospects with an intuitive portal for all their required security documents. It also saves our team time by consolidating all materials in an easy to understand format. 

Also, their analytics is super helpful for our sales team to understand who is viewing documents and most engaged.

**What do you dislike about SafeBase?**

Nothing to note at the moment! Their team is also super responsive and easy to work with if there are any issues or additional needs. Nice to have might be to be able to view docs directly in the webpage instead of downloading.

**What problems is SafeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Safebase is primarily used in the pre-sales process for us to share any secruity/compliance-related documents. Not only does it save our teams time by consolidating all this into an easy-to-use portal, it also gives us insights on who's viewing the documents which help inform our sales team.
