**What do you like best about Sacred Grounds?**

The price is just insane, like 90% cheaper than what we were paying before.<br><br>It's so simple to use, we basically didn't need any onboarding. Took us like 20 mins to figure it out.<br><br>They don't lock you in with long contracts or high-pressure sales. Just easy, transparent stuff.<br><br>The payments are built in and it's all on a modern platform, not some ancient system from the 90s.

**What do you dislike about Sacred Grounds?**

There's no customer support. But honestly, the software is so intuitive you probably won't miss it much.

**What problems is Sacred Grounds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The old system we used was crazy expensive and a total pain to use. Sacred Grounds solved both of those problems for us.<br><br>It’s also nice not having to go through a big sales process or getting stuck in a long contract. It's really flexible.<br><br>The payments being built in is a huge bonus too. We don't have to use a separate service which saves us a ton of time.
