Another feature I appreciate is the reporting, as it provides a clear view of bookings and performance, allowing me to make better decisions without needing extra software. The reporting in RoomMaster is simple and clear, and I mainly use occupancy and revenue reports to track performance. What do you like best about roommaster?

What I appreciate most about Roommaster is the efficiency of the check-in process. It is quick and everything is clear and straightforward, so checking someone in never takes long. The entire software is straightforward and easy to navigate. When I was training for this position, it only took me 2 days to understand the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about roommaster?

The one thing I dislike about roommaster is that employees are unable to generate an Electronic Processing Report for dates older than a week. It would be much more helpful if staff could access and generate these reports from several months back. The best tool for the administration of a hotel, is really easy, saves you time and allows you to streamline and perform optimally processes such as the check-in and check-out of guests, the high effectiveness of internal messaging, room reservation, Follow-up to staff and the best relationship with the client.
