The customer service, cost, and reliability have been exceptional. I have worked with Mersive and Visix over the years and Rockbot has been far more reliable. I have also had frequent feedback from our marketing team that adding content has been far easier to add than any previous platform. Once that content has been uploaded, campaign maintenance and implementation has been intuitive and requires zero training. We have deployed this model across multiple campuses and have had one player fail in the past 2 years. An SD card was shipped to us overnight and integrated instantly with no further steps. We couldn't be happier with our switch to Rockbot.

The only obstacle we ran into was the inability to display content across an unusual three screen video wall, but honestly, adding this feature would complicate the universal content for our marketing team and is not necessarily a bad thing.

Rockbot has reduced our annual cost and given us a more versital platform adding video and music to our existing digital signage across multiple campuses. It has also reduced our maintenance tickets to 1 per year vs. 10 plus per month. We have had excellent support on the single issue we ran into last year.

We have used Rockbot for our office music since we built our office a couple years ago. It has been very simple to use, allowing us to select a variety of music that can change throughout the day to provide more engery during that after lunch slump. The automatic "smart volume" helds by increasing volume through the noisey parts of the day as well and lowering the volume towards the end of the day. The rockbot player has been reliable and easy to plug into our system. It was very much set it and forget it.

Without the listener request feature, there is no way to request a specific song. Have to pay more to use that App and allow our employees to request songs. We have had some special events where it would have been nice to have a finer control of the music playing.
