I love the ease of use: set up, customization, and sharing of information is just a click (or two) away! It's easy to "batch" process work as well as upload files (through CSV) or using my personal favorite, the Google Chrome extension that RIVS has (since we aren't integrated with our ATS yet). When I use the Chrome extension, it will sometimes "guess" what the name is of the person who we are inviting to interview. If it's the wrong name, I don't have the ability to edit it on the spot. The team at Rivs has been unresponsive to feedback. It seems like that are not interested in extending their market to tech companies, which is sad as well as surprising. Our requests for support for code editor did not generate any interest or desire to add that feature.

RIVS offers an easy-to-use platform for getting to know your candidates. The experience of video interviewing is still new to many candidates, and some are very nervous and uncertain when answering questions on camera...even one mounted on a personal computer or mobile device in a setting of the candidate's choosing.
