What do you like best about RingsTrue?

RingsTrue helps keep the data in Salesforce clean by formatting and validating customer phone numbers. For me, it's a huge benefit to have the app actively checking the phone numbers so I can screen out fake/incorrect numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingsTrue?

No complaints about the current app, we'd just like the validation to eventually expand out to email, address, and other data points so that we have a one stop shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingsTrue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to increase our first time connection rate with customers. RingsTrue allows us to prioritize dialling based on valid/checked numbers. We get more calls done in a day now, simple as that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
