What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

Centralizing all our virtual and in-person events with RingCentral has made organizing and delivery high quality events simple and effective for our team and our attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

While they continue to improve the analytics features native to the platform, much of the reporting and cross event analysis must be done by exporting the data and evaluating it with an external tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to consolidate all our events into a single platform, instead of having to use one solution for webinars, another for virtual only events, and yet another for our in-person events. Organizing events is easier than ever for our recurring annual events with the simple duplication features. Never have to reinvent the wheel year after year. And our attendees are happier than ever. They know what to expect and how to best engage during all our events now that we have RCEvents are our singular events tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
