"Amazing Customer Success Team!"
5/5
What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

The customer success team is amazing, always willing to look for ways to support us better or improve their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

Greater flexibility/customisation around the response to users upon reporting an email would be great. The email should congratulate the user for doing the right thing, however, at the moment this isn't the case Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

I love the built in training models, for tracking purposes, I would love if I could run reports where they are aggregated to an individual's posture. That way I would not have to check each individual module completion status for each employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

The Right Hand Cybersecurity platform stands out for its modern and sleek design, as well as its extensive library of training content and modules available for use. What truly sets the experience apart, though, is our outstanding Customer Success Manager.

"Exceptional Customer Success and a Platform with Real Potential"
5/5
What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

Right-Hand has been a real catalyst for elevating our Human Risk and Cyber Awareness programmes. The platform is intuitive, adaptable, and built with both engagement and measurable impact in mind. It’s allowed us to streamline our campaigns and gain meaningful insight into behavioural risk across the organisation.

A special mention to our exceptional Customer Success Manager, whose dedication and partnership have been second to none. They consistently go the extra mile — often after hours — to help us meet deadlines, resolve challenges, and maximise the platform’s value. Their deep understanding of customer needs, proactive communication, and solutions-driven mindset have truly set them apart.

I would highly recommend both the Right-Hand platform and the incredible team behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

They bring deep, hands‑on cyber security knowledge, especially in areas like governance, risk, compliance, and security operations, rather than just high‑level theory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

We’ve noticed that the current Azure user onboarding process is quite complex and not consistently understood across teams. This increases the risk of errors, rework, and delays during account creation and access provisioning.

To address this, we need clear and comprehensive documentation that outlines the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including:

Account creation steps

Required approvals

Role and access assignment

Conditional access and security requirements

Common issues and troubleshooting guidance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Security and Collaborative Growth at Right-Hand Cybersecurity"
5/5
What do you like best about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

What I appreciate most about Right-Hand Cybersecurity is their proactive approach to client safety. They prioritize preventing problems before they arise and are always working to enhance their security practices. I also value the collaborative atmosphere, where experts join forces to address challenges and exchange knowledge. It truly feels like an environment where I can contribute meaningfully while expanding my skills and knowledge in cybersecurity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Right-Hand Cybersecurity?

Honestly, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike. Like any fast-growing cybersecurity company, there can sometimes be a lot happening at once, which can feel a bit overwhelming. But I see that as part of the challenge and an opportunity to learn, improve processes, and grow with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
