I use Rhabit Analytics to receive employee feedback, which helps me improve my management skills. I appreciate the real-time feedback and the bi-monthly surveys; they let me know if the changes I've implemented are effective. Rhabit Analytics is super easy to use for feedback providers, requiring very little time from them, yet it provides detailed information and helpful coaching tips on specific habits to help me improve more rapidly. Humareso is a great analytical tool that is fully customizable for your needs as an employer, and also gives the employee a voice to give their feedback anonymously.
