The current multi-terminal synchronization is reliable, but relying on an IoT box architecture constrains flexibility. Moving to a serverless or browser-native synchronization model would remove those hardware bottlenecks. What I like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management is that it brings almost everything a cloud kitchen needs into one centralized system, which makes operations much easier and more organized. Here are the main things that stand out:

Manage multiple kitchens and brands in one place – It allows us to handle different kitchens and brands from a single platform.

Performance – The performance is very good for a cloud-based platform.

Supportive team – The support team is very helpful, which is very useful for a cloud platform.

Integrations – I have worked with many integrations with POSIST, and many features are very good as part of the integrations.

What do you like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?

Managing the cloud kitchen from a single screen is really commendable. I can easily mark items as stock-out or stock-in for a particular brand, run offers, and manage pricing as per our requirements.

The auto-acceptance and auto-settlement features are also very useful—there’s no need to stay stuck on the screen just to accept orders, since the system can accept them automatically.

What do you like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?

The onboarding and implementation process was incredibly smooth, and all the necessary setup was completed within 24 hours, which was very impressive.

With manager permission, we can move items from one table to another, which helps keep control over changes during service.

The features in Restroworks have significantly helped streamline our operations and maintain our records efficiently. The inventory management is particularly strong, as it allows us to track stock summaries easily and review the FCR (Food Cost Ratio) so we can make more informed decisions.

The POS system is also very user-friendly, making it simple for our billers to handle billing at the outlet.

I am running multiple brand but it feels that I am running one and only single brand restroworks made that simple our process.

Menu synchronizing used to be very difficult, but Restroworks has reduced my lengthy tasks into something much smaller and far more stress-free.

What do you like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?

-We using the restroworks for almost 1.5 Years and we like it for their features and support.

-We can update the kitchen wise menu to the tab cretaed in the restroworks and accordingly we can manage their taxes and aggregator flow.

-Application is easy to use and manage. We have started the integration with Swiggy & Zomato and sync the same imgaes to all the panel.

-We can update the prices of same existing items for another tab like swiggy or zomato or takeaway orders.

-At the cluster we can update the prices of existing items for a new cluster or city also we can replicate the data from existing cluster to new one.

-We have multiple kitchens and here we can manage their menu accordingly and cam map to the aggregators.

-We have also integrated our Lyxel app with restroworks and We are still managing the app integration with the restroworks and app team but i want to appriciate the restroworks team rahul and kshitij for their anytime support.

-We have also activated Cockpit mobile app for the management team to real time sale info.

-Special thanks to Rahul Ji for everything, We can call him anytime day or night, Anyday Weekends or Weekdays any holiday,, He available all the time to provide the support

We cannnot replicate the tax structure from one cluster to another, Rest everything is fine.

We have been using Restroworks at Cheelizza and We have excellent experience with this Software. it is providing great support support to our operation.

We are running cloud kitchen with help of Restroworks and operating two brands here for delivery.

There are so many features for cloud kitchens to process the orders.

Auto accept order is so helpful to reduce the order order cancellation in absence of staff.
