We worked with Kishan on an automation workflow involving scheduled reminders and third‑party integrations. He was responsive, technically competent, and worked systematically through the issue when an edge case surfaced near the end of the month.

What stood out was his willingness to go beyond the original scope to ensure the workflow was working correctly, including investigating execution logs, coordinating around access issues, and validating the end‑to‑end flow once connectivity was restored. Communication was clear throughout, and he kept us updated on progress and findings.
